    I'm probably playing her wrong with S2. I'm playing her like I would play Gnosis S3 or Angelina S2. But it feels so bad. She doesn't have the attack speed or the CC of gnosis and angelina so it feels underwhelming. I still think the apoptosis DoT is very weird. I wish it didn't have a cooldown or after it procs there's a bigger slow/stun/bind. Something extra. As of right now I think her S3 is the only skill worth M3.

      not "probably", you really doing it wrong.

    A lot of it's impact comes from using other operators to apply the necrosis, namely multi-hit and AoE units. Using it with her as a standalone was probably the mistake here, although in IS it becomes one of her better skills due to the abundance of ASPD and ATK multipliers.

      I would argue that if I had a ton of attack speed on a Supporter I would rather have it on Gnosis. I value his freeze a lot in the module maps. She'll probably age better whenever more units have the apoptosis damage, but as of rn there isn't enough more me to justify it.

      @@Xusuy I think they mean: Virtuosa's talent procs on another operator, so to apply widespread Necrosis debuff with better skill cycling than her S3 with far greater mob counts, you use S2 and pair it with a high ASPD/high AOE coverage operator/DoT dealer to spread the necrosis debuff quickly.
      Her S3 makes her proc the talent easily within her range, but her S2 becomes far more flexible depending on who you pair it with: Ex: Exuisai S3 / Goldenglow S3 / Skalter S3 (her seaborn allows necrosis spread), Reed Alter S3 (the DoT is from Reed, so it triggers necrosis damage per tick on enemies from far beyond Virtuosa's range and possibly beyond her S3 coverage).

      I just finished a killer IS4 run with her and Goldenglow playing a duet for the final boss. It was very very fun to play.

    There is a chance of you already knowing this, because people already pointed out. But-
    Virtuosa S2 could makes other operator attack deal Elemental damage/impairament too. The main gimmick here is to use other operators to dealt damage + her elemental impairament + wider range
    Skadi-Alter S3, for example. Her summon can dealt massive True Damage in one area. Combine it with Virtuosa S2, it basically 2 true damage on top of each other
    Reed-Alter S3, with her marks that won't gone for a long time + the spread with explotion makes it really good for Virtuosa S2 too
    GoldenGlow S3 works really good too considering she has Global Range + Explosion
    Archetto S3 with multi target also works fine

      Yeah I thought about doing that as others pointed out. But generally speaking when I make these videos (outside of the first ones years ago), I try not to have another unit outshine the showcase unit and I try not bring nuking teams. I try to bring the units in as is with minimal support to show their performance with that skill.

      @@Xusuy But that doesn't really work with a skill that's specifically designed to support/function with another operator. That's like saying Nightingale S3 isn't strong because you tested it against physical damage dealers.

      Agreed, unlike Gnosis, Ling or even Suzuran S2 ,she's truly a supporter not meant for solo showcase.
      Her S2 is meant to be used with high ASPD/AoE dealers (Reed S3, Skalter S3, Archetto or even emher relative are all impressive along her...), her S3 buffs are also quite something if you don't just look at the necrosis.
      If anything, a supporter showcase should show how much they enhance other units to hold lanes/DPS/tank bosses, not how much they can do it on their own. (Without fragility + enfeeble, Gnosis wouldn't be a supporter in my eyes, just a freeze-bot, which in itself doesn't "enhance" units but simply stalls, much like defenders).

      @@Xusuy I think that's generally a good idea, but with her s2 it's a bit like showcasing suzuran s3 without a damage dealer, abeit not quite as drastic
      virtuosa is a really interesting unit to me since she does a couple of useful things but none of them well enough to be her single flagship ability
      it's when you can get use out of her whole kit that she becomes great
      I don't regret the m9

    Her S3 is very powerful. Her S1 is also very powerful because it only targets ops that aren’t under necrosis. S1 ends up being super powerful for afk strats and high risk cc in underdawn. Also the s2 spread being good is dependent on the op you buff. She’s really strong but you have to utilize her right. Also don’t forget necrosis significantly lowers enemy attack if they’re under the effect of the dot

  • @idontbelieveinmagic
    @idontbelieveinmagic 4 месяца назад

    to be fair using the buffing skill for solo dps is not a very good idea, Virtuosa's self buffs on s2 are definitely a secondary to her ability to let other ops apply necrosis.
    Virtuosa's s2 is definitely her weakest link though, there's no reason to ever use it over s3 for mass necrosis or s1 for single target necrosis.

  • @GreyEnneract
    @GreyEnneract 4 месяца назад +4

    S2 is only good with a few ops like Reed or Skalter, any DoTers.
    Better off using S1 (against slow bosses) and S3 most of the time.

    • @Xusuy
      @Xusuy  4 месяца назад +3

      I thought s1 would be a good AFK skill, but I don't like the fact that she doesn't do anything when you're waiting for the charges. She'll probably age better when more necrosis units comes out.

    • @GreyEnneract

      @@Xusuy Well even with Logos she just uses S3 lol. And her S3 rotates perfectly with Suzuran S3. For now Necrosis is still true damage, so if anything she'll fall off when they add elemental res enemies :^(

      @@Xusuy Doesn't her talent make up for the fact that she doesn't anything after the charges?

    • @helmifaiz4504
      @helmifaiz4504 4 месяца назад

      @@Xusuy it's still a good AFK skills. Considering the reward of waiting the charges is 12k true damage, I don't really mind that.
      Beside, she is also a Supporter. I don't expect much from her. 12k true damage already enough

    • @leonidesbabanto1585
      @leonidesbabanto1585 4 месяца назад +1

      @@Xusuy S1 is legit good, not just an AFK skill. It's more dependent on enemy density, if you put her on a lane that has infrequent enemies coming out, it has a better performance than using s3. The trick is also to give her enough attack so as to proc the necrosis damage on just one charge on grunts, so using Skalter S2 is a really good option to use with S1 too

  • @kek_9866
    @kek_9866 4 месяца назад

    S1 is strong for killing slow bossess and instantly proc necrosis on deploy s1m3
    S2 heavily depends on what operator shes paired with, exu, gg, read alter will make this skill shine
    S3, you know that answer to that
    Shes a m6 candidate , s3 first into s1m1 for breakpoin into s1m3 but s3m3 is usually fine,
