Another few options worth checking out in the developer options to make your phone feel more responsive is to set Window, Transition and Animator animation scales down to .5x instead of the default 1. Every single animation from opening apps to swiping on the screen will be twice as fast and feel so much smoother.
Pixel already has very smooth animations. That's not needed

This tip is 15 years old. We don’t need to this anymore.
That's the most useless tip, you use this on phones with bad animations like Samsungs on oneui5 or below

How did you set that clock ?
I'm having a really hard time in locating where is the Files Folder (or Explorer) of my newly bought Pixel 8, where downloaded files will be stored in. In my old phone this Folder is easily found where I can then create a shortcut to it and placed it in my homescreen page, for quick and easy access to any downloaded files. In Pixel 8, it takes so many steps to get to the download folder. Any ways to place the folder on the homescreen pleaseeee ? 🙏
Not sure if you found your answer however in the pull down notification bar, you can edit the tiles (the Bluetooth, wifi ECT buttons) and add a "storage" tile. This tile will take you directly to your phones files and from there you can select images, downloads ECT.

Hey, I have multiple panels on the home screen and I don't know how to re-arrange them, this was very easy in my old galaxy but pixel displays so much less information, they expect you to read their minds
You want to remove homescreen pages?
not remove, re-arrange. I couldn't find a direct way so I grouped the apps in every panel and moved them to the main screen then ungrouped them in the right order on new panels@@MrAndroidFHD
