Como hacer Tostada con Tomate. Spanish Breakfast

When we talk about spanish breakfast, Tostada con Tomate is my number one favorite. This is a typical spanish breakfast that served with toast baguette (bread of french origin), fresh tomato, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
This is very easy to make and prepare and above all a healthy one for breakfast.
I remember when I was just fresh off the boat here in Madrid Spain and we tried to had a breakfast outside in a comon cafeteria and the first thing I have noticed and really caught my eyes was this Tostada con Tomate that normally likes those local cetizens to ordered and my first reaction was like ¨eow¨... ¨what kind of food was that?¨ because I´ve seen them how they put fresh tomatoes on top of the bread with olive oil, so, I imagined how disgusting the flavor was even if I do not taste it yet and one day because of my curiousity I have decided to have it a try so I ordered this Tostada con Tomate for my breakfast and for the very first time of my bite I was so shocked how tasty it was! really! so from then on I made it for home breakfast. So wether in at home or outside this Tostada con Tomate is on top of my list for breakfast.
I recommend this to those non spanish cetizens to give it a try, You will definitely gonna love it especially when you are a tomato lover and don´t forget to have a cup of coffee a perfect combination :)
