He aint lyin. Public Enemy were atrocious. Their promos were cringey and Petty/Rocco Rock, being the better worker, was past his prime. Though it was funny when they went to WWE, tried to bigleague everyone, and got handed their ass for it by the APA. PG-13 did the wigger tag team gimmick the best.
