actually loved this interview for being a train wreck. something so real and hilarious about everything going on. i love daron's chaos but i also love that the interviewer was honest about her deep annoyance lmfao. feel like it helped reveal a lot about the band's personalities. daron being a ball of chaos, john being the serious one, serj being an artsy mystic who gives ominous answers, & shavo not giving a shit & just enjoying the show. 10/10 great job juliya.

People think they're entitled to a certain reaction from a celebrity in return when they owe us nothing. For example we expect that if we meet our idols they'll give us a picture or autograph otherwise they're not doing what their supposed to.

That's not how they became famous of the first album, if anything the first album made them infamous of reputation. The second album made them famous. I love her though. Kept it real. No bullshit. She was fed up since she's trying to do her job and she felt she was helping them but they feel they don't need her or TV or whatever. If people love it, good but they won't compromise. Honestly, if she knew how they were, she should've adjusted the interview to play along and slowly get some info out of them. I've seen good interviewers do that. But huge props to her. She stood her ground.
Bruh a great interviewer reads the room adjusts to the vibe they clearly were fucking around and she should have played off that she got offended because they are not answering her questions the way she wants too. The reason these guys are popular is because they do what they want. They sing what they want they play what they want. Perfect example SNL they were invited to a huge platform to broadcast their music live to millions of watching throughout America they dropped a F bomb and banned permanently they don't care and that's what made them the best in the industry
I understand that it must be hard trying to interview a band that continues to be so unprofessional but she needs to understand that every answer she gets is 100% the personality of this band. The viewers will see this and learn about the band even if they don't answer the question. Also their answers don't reflect on her at all, as an interviewer, it only represents the band. At the end of the day just let them give the answer they want to give and the audience can decide what they think of them.

Looking back on this they were actually nice to her, She interviewed a perfect circle later on and from what I remember Billy could see he was dealing with an idiot and barely gave her the time of day, let James answer the questions. She kept cutting him off when he was answering questions about the philosophy of the record.
The interviewer doesn't realize the band themselves were already having internal conflict by this point lol.
