I assume they are comfortable and free with each other but definitely will not jump to conclusions by saying they are happy because even the happiest couples fight everyday. A lot of men gotta have balls to stick with us women for years especially with our problems and this goes to all human female ethnicities out there because we are full of a lot of shit. 24:39 it actually doesn’t mean you’re sensitivity is lower, it just means your genetic predisposition is lower. You can still have severe allergies, yet have a lower genetic predisposition. These aren’t gauging your individual conditions and quantifying them, it’s gauging, based on your genetic information, how likely it is for you to be effected by these things. For example, someone can have a high sensitivity to shellfish, yet experience no reaction to shellfish. Someone could have a high risk of cancer based upon their genetics, but never have cancer. Someone could, genetically speaking, be predisposed to enjoy sugary sweets, but not care much for sugary sweets and prefer salty.

However, it wouldn't hurt to use this as a guideline.
I have diabetes in my family, but I've been drinking gallons of coke since childhood. Now I'm worried haha.

Selenium (JOE) has vital role in brain function and in relation to memory such as Alzheimers. See medical journal studies. Also you can incorporate a keto leaning diet which is less carbs and more protein to avoid diabetes since you both have higher carb sensitivity. Switching up while the kids are still in home or at least showing them to read carbs on labels and portion size can help them avoid over consumption of carbs as they get older which can protect them as well. Selenium and carbs/diabetes are two topics I have read up on as my husband ages.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. By the way, in one of your earlier videos, the one with the surprise new baby brother/sister announcement, your mother seemed to have a tremor of her right hand. It would be good if she sees a neurologist about it. It could be a benign essential tremor, but it could also be the beginning of something more concerning, like Parkinson's. There are really good medications and interventions to help with this, but it's important to catch it on time.
This was super enjoyable to watch, def would like to try it out someday. FYI these tests aren’t super accurate because all the regions they tested are multifactorial. Confirmation bias is also common when analysing results. Still fun and a good starting point though!

One thing, please do not downplay your intelligence, Elena. It takes a high level of intelligence to successfully complete a Ph.D. and especially there is a niched talent for math. It is not "normal." These tests cannot truly tell us who we are as there are so many factors to a complex human being. You have to also think that somewhere in these tests is a bit of racism.

Why bring racism... "normal" intelligence is 90 to 110 range and anybody within this range can become a great mathematecian or complete a PhD with hardwork and efforts.
Race isn't genetically observable, we all share the same genes and those for intelligence are no exception (even though it's still a highly variable trait, do not forget that environment also have a big play in that) you can predict someone's race with percentages yeah why not but no algorithm (analysis more likely done automatically) will get it 100% right, especially since AA are mixed with a lot of white and why would they change someone's results to fit their racist mindset.

Hi Alina and Joe, my husband who happened to be Korean as well. To things you mentioned, capture my attention, one you mentioned Joe feeling he always needing more sleep. My husband had that problem, and to our surprise he was diagnosed with sleep apnea, Praying this is not the case with Joe, but you guys might want to check into it, especially if Joe snores a lot and loudly. Also my husband has no natural body odor, except for his feet, but he still enjoys regular showers. Happy New Year's, to you and your family
No body odor? Could that be a low testosterone issue? Maybe have him get tested

East asians or lets just say those of the mongoloid race (this also includes certain native americans) have dry ear wax which means that those people tend to sweat less and produce less body odor. White and Black people produce different ear wax and also produce more sweat and body odor
