Cake mix! When we needed a last minute ‘thing’ for a cake stall/fete we used to cook cake mix in our 8-up jaffle maker. Still taste like cake but they looked kind of caterpillar-y. I loved them as a kid.

If you do anything with toppings on it, you need to do double so that the toppings don't touch the waffle maker. Like with the jaffa cake and the pizza, you should put another on top so that it forms kind of a sandwich.
I wonder if the cookie dough Emmy used (that was actually IN the ice cream) is the same as the little cookie dough ball bites that they have that Grace used. I would imagine it would be, but maybe the cookie dough balls have extra stabilizers or something in them. Would definitely be a neat experiment!
if you ever have waffle woopsies again - i've found the easiest way to clean it is with an old toothbrush, soapy water, and paper towel. You just brush the sticky/burnt areas gently and wipe off as you go :-)
You should fold the pizza in half and make it like a calzone then waffle it. That away the cheese does not burn. Another waffle to are is egg and mozzarella cheese. We use left over stuffing (dressing) from out Thanksgiving Turkey and make stuffing waffles. Those are my favorite.

I've read somewhere that you can clean your waffle iron with a pasty potatostarch/water mixture. It would possibly create a gummy waffle that cleans the sticky/crusty bits when you take it out (never tried it myself tho 😅)
Jaffa cakes should do a range including Jaffa’s without the jam they could call it you’re taking the jam (instead of taking the biscuit) 😂 and chocolate balls with just the jam called not taking the biscuit 🤣
