I vouch for that 87 block. Im a PF, 6'11, 7'3 wingspan i think. And the blocks and chasedown i get is like nothing ive ever had. And ive played 17,18,19,20, (took a break here),23, and now 24. Its insane and the interior defence with block go hand and hand because you'll even get contests that I wouldn't even think would happen. 👍🏼
That’s exactly how my 2k career went verbatim. 17 I wanted a lebrón build so I went 6’8 but then I love the post game. The pick n roll game was on point with that extra speed. HOF Brickwall
What’s your interior D? Im a 6’8 SF 7’6 Wingspan. I’m deciding on rather I should do a 90 block with 72 interior D or a 87 block with more Interior D at 79. Either way ima have gold chase down artist and silver anchor.
@@coreysumpter4992 interior D is i think just below 83? Its somewhere around 79-83 i forget. The longer wingspan will definitely help. Chasedown easily works so much better this year

This is one of the most important vids in 2K.
Only crit is that for some of these you only focus on bigs, for instance strength on guards or wings. Granted you may not know.
We need a PT II in a couple months though!

Have a 7ft’ big with a 85 three, 90 standing, 80 driving and 93 Block , among other things, loving the game.
Interior defense is still weird this year, getting stopped by 6’6 guards with 35-40 interior, not only does it stop the dunk, I’ve flat out missed some shots.
Makes zero sense.
And then other times I trigger some massive contact standing.

I put interior D on all my guard builds exactly for that reason (it’s too cheap). There is a difference of contesting at the rim.
But I am really liking Pro dribble style. It may not have that off hand boost like magic but you can boost or not lose speed out of a lot of sigs. Either hand too.

Mid range 86 (doesn’t cost much) is clutch for getting jumpshot bases, especially for 6’5-6’9 (get an upgrade in blinders for cheap too). Klay base with a 76 3 ball is a cheat code.

Hey lakerfan, really hoping you can respond to this. do you think 70 dunk is worth it over just 65? i'm making a 6'6 PG and there's definitely a lot of packages the 70 gives you over 65 (luka, pro alley oops, several athletic two foot packages). I'm running 83 layup with James Harden layup package for the HoF two step and spin cycle, and I really need to be able to dunk out of those gathers, but I'm just worried with only 65 I won't get as many dunks out of euros. But if 65 is all I need, I can definitely use those points elsewhere for some good stuff. most likely to go from 89 pass accuracy to 91 for silver bail out, gold needle threader/touch passer and HoF special delivery. Do you think it's worth it? Thanks for all the good content bro.
Yea had to learn after making a build with gold bulldozer its nice bt a bit overated. Gold glove Is good if they don't patch it.85 3pt is fine my lock has 71 str just so I can have immovable on bronze
so between bulldozer gold and silver on a slashing build, which would you recommend going for? did you notice a difference between silver and gold?

Mid range this year is deadly, I been struggling from 3 but my middy been crazy. I recommend investing points in midrange
What value would you say is good for low but consistent middy? Been trying to get 80 on my 6’10” slashing build. Cant get a high 3 so that was an alternative for me to have a middy

Yo ima be fr I honestly think u can shoot with low low 3pts, if u have high mid ranges for good jumpshots, like I honestly think u could shoot with 65, 60 if your like that
Yeah you can fasho I was playing career on HOF and Westbrook was hitting 3s with like a 68 3pt..You can upgrade your mid range high for badges and have a mid 60’s 3pt and you should be able to hit tbh,especially wide open

74 strength for a 6’6 guard wouldn’t sound too bad either in terms of value
84 strength for sure feels like a good investment, same for 86 middy imo for that gold open looks, triggers a lot on my MJ spin shots

I can attest. I've had 86 middy for 1 day since I officially made my build yesterday (curse this video. One day too late) and right now, I've already got my middy magician up to silver and in only a few games, I'm shooting about 80% from mid range. It's very deadly.

@@LucasBentim I'd say go for it. Like I said, I'm shooting in the range of 70-80% from mid with an 86. Yesterday, I played some games and even though it's still more than passable seeing as 90% of players shoot worse from 3 than I do mid range, I was starting to miss a few open looks. I don't know if it's due to my ratings 100% but I'm always thinking of HOF Middy Magician. I wanna be Kobe out there

What I don't get is the 3pt part. Why wouldn't you give a lower number for like bigs and locks that wanna be consistent? Examples like is 74 too low and would 78 or 79 be way better or maybe 80? Why 86? That's way too high for locks who, for the most part, max out their arms. Wish you did all this for Bigs or Max Arm locks.

This is tough because it depends on your position, play style and if you play 5 on 5 vs 3 on 3

For example, you skipped the 70 steal threshold bc you wana keep the video as short as possible- I get it. Do us a favor & make chapters so guys can skip around the video as we please. Have you thought about doing a video like this for play styles? It could fair better for duration and views. Like best value attributes for guards, locks, poppers, inside bigs, iso locks, etc.. more palatable and people watching can apply it to themselves a lot better as well! This a great video though and I appreciate the hardwork!
U should make a height requirement value attributes 6”8 and down and 6”9 and up
2k should make it where we can pick badges and the attributes go with it.
If i want Silver reb chaser i would click that and the sttributes would rise. Faster and to the point.

87 Perim D is surprisingly easy to put on a build. Gets you Gold Challenger

So Lakers i have a 6’8 guard 82 strength im debating 84 but not sure is bull dozer is really worth going for over going for 91 pass accuracy or is 89 safer as far as pass acc?

Has anyone used the Julius Randle layup package? Is it worth putting my layup to an 82? Or should I just stick with a 70 layup and get Zion? Not a lot of options for 7'1 builds.

got a 90 lay w bronze bulldozer finish in the rim perfectly fine since no guard gives there dude strength bump they ahh smooth out the way😂

85 layups with no dunk gets me consistent green euros and jelly’s, wouldn’t waist going that high
At 7.45 wen u say how cheap post control is ...thats because ur on a pg ... different stats cost more depending on the position of the player ...so if ur a center n raise pass accuracy up it wont cost as much as it would for a point guard to raise

6'7 is able to get both. Still can get silver rebound chaser and depending how you make it bronze/silver anchor. You can go lower on weight and up the wingspan or just go all out on the weight.@@210Rapha
That's what I'm wondering too. After this video and the THICC lock build video, I think I'm coming to the conclusion for Gold Fast Feet + Gold Immovable Enforcer. Logically, I'm thinking with both at Gold gives you a player that counter shifty defenders while bumping them. As much as I would love HOF Immovable Enforcer, I like to be balanced. @210Rapha 6'7 233

Athletic hangs off one at 65 driving dunk? That does not exist. Either you're talking about athletic one off one (at 75) or flashy hangs off one (at 70) which is it?

that 65 driving dunk gets you Klay Thompson’s dunk package too. He does a good amount of effective tomahawks in that package
