Its best to do that with a thin cloth and an essential oil. That gain sheet has chemicals. Might be good for weaves, but not for natural hair

It works on natural hair. I put them on my hair and it doesn’t affect my hair at all! 🤷🏾‍♀️

When my hair smelled burnt 🥵 after a good flat iron I just used raw unfiltered honey (Natural nate’s) and conditioner mix it fixed my curls and my hair made it smelled good and got rid of it use more if needed ♥️
