I'm a full-time author, but I write novels, around 80k-110k words each. I've been seeing a small trend of certain audiences wanting even shorter stories, and it's about time I do that, too. Writing can be profitable, but it can take a lot of work to get there. I've been watching for a few weeks, and Martin, you're certainly a motivated individual. You're not a complainer, and I'm glad you're finding ways to make things work out. I'm hoping you'll hit the monetization mark soon, and I'll be following along.
Thank you so much for sharing and for your kind words. Yes many novels are that long. My published novel is only a bit over 50 thousand and that was a tough go lol I have eleven novels partially written but I have to do more research on some locations and attractions set in the stories. I hope to add RUclips revenues as a little bit of income someday. I Appreciate your comments. 🙏😃
You're an Inspiration Martin, Its very unselfish of you to share your information, how to write a book om Amazon. I have been thinking about this topic for a while, and after watching you, it's given me a kick up the backside. Best wishes from the UK
Hello Ben. I am sorry for such a late reply. I am trying to go through my videos to reply and finding unanswered comments that are 2-3 weeks old. It’s difficult now to answer as I have a lot more videos. Thanks for your continued support and patience 😃🙏
@@themartinblairproject I understand Martin, as you get bigger it takes more time. I enjoy your Videos buddy so don't worry if you dont't have time to answer each one, i will be here still enjoying your content. Its good its growing.onwards and upwards. 😀
Couple questions: 1. interesting looking houses. Is there a garage in the back? And how old is the neighborhood? 2. how many hours a week are you doing Uber Eats?
No garage yet. I was going to build one next year but that's currently on hold. Neighborhood is approx. 20+ years old (my house was built in 2007. I do Uber Eats approx. 4 to 6 hrs a day depending.
Oh thank you so much for always supporting me and being a great friend on here. I’m so happy to hear and see your comments. I highly encourage you to start writing down ideas for a book or short story. Could be fiction or stories about your life or even poetry. If you have any questions just ask. Thank you for subscribing. That means a lot to me. 🙏🙂
Photography, I'm putting up stock photos to sell them. I have 6 Nikon cameras, and this is a much better idea for me. Let's see how it works out for me. I'm 63 and looking at 64.
A job honestly doesn’t gives you the time, space and opportunity to chase your dreams and achieve your goals. From personal experience i can tell you working a serious job is modern day slavery. they pay you a small amount for doing a significant amount of work and promises you promotion. Best advice make investments and take calculated risks that would guarantee your success.
ikr retired at 52 and honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner. The 9-to-5 grind always steals your freedom for a paycheck that barely scratches the surface. My advice? If you’re in your late 30s or early 40s, start saving for FIRE now (Financial Independence, Retire Early.) And if you’re in your 50s, invest smartly and break free from relying on your job. Market trends, like the Trump Effect, have made millions for many, including me. Stay focused, stay consistent, and remember financial freedom is within reach if you make it a priority.
@@Florencewalter-o4s Exactly My point! The 9 to 5 grind is just not worth it the stress and low payoff. What specific steps did you take to break free?
Working with Lorrie Greta Hillard , a financial advisor, was a game changer. She helped me refine my savings strategy, including retirement planning, and provided expert guidance on investments and budgeting to maximize my savings.
I’ve been in transportation in Alberta all my life. Always worked no matter what shape the economy was in. Just an idea but seems like there is always a need for school bus drivers. It’s just a few hours a day and pays more than uber eats. You could pick up extra trips possibly ie: field trips and sports events. Keep up the good videos!

Got it! Thanks for the tip! I was curious, so I looked up Lorrie
9-5 is a complete waste of time!

That’s a great idea. I’ll get my class 4 (I have class 3) and consider that for sure. 👍 I appreciate your comments. Cheers
