29-year-old Cloris Leachman and 37-year-old John Forsythe! And the always-working Percy Helton was 61 years old here. I love these! Thanks!
THANK YOU!!! ❤️
Thanks
awsome ness: Geez, the M T M...she was no one horse pony
'Premonition' is meant ironically here. This isn't about an anticipation of what's to come, but a suppressed memory creeping back in. But in his wrecked state of mind, only gradually becoming able to face reality, that distinction gets confused.
Boy Cloris Leachman was pretty when she was young., she won a beauty contest when she was 20, she was only 29 in this episode. Great episode.
John Forsyth was such a handsome man.
This one's chock-full of talent - as always. This whole Era. Can't go wrong.
Nice one! Good Twist. Both John Forsthye and Cloris Leachman were so young! Enjoyed!
49jubilee You must be a Dynasty fan too!
Yes! And Cloris still workng even now. She'll be 94 in a couple of more weeks! Cloris and Jacob Lincoln Freund remained good friends until his passing.
It looked like James Stewart in the thumb nail.
Annette Toomey Yes, you're right
I've never seen John Forsythe with black hair. Cloris Leachman is in her 90s now. Incredible.
This was my late mother's favorite show of all time! 📺 ❤
He was wonderful in The Bachelor Father series
Beautiful story! End is totally unexpected as usual. Outback Hitchcock for bringing so much of entertainment.
Where are all these little gems coming from? Brilliant!
Liked John Forsythe in The Trouble with Harry movie from 1956. With Shirley McClaine and Jerry Matthers.
Percy Helton as the undertaker - always came through as creepy !
Love it . . Good old Hitchy at his best!
The voice of Charlie on the Charlie's Angels series
John Forsythe. Also was on Dynasty
And let’s not forget Bachelor Father.
I LOVED Charlie! And Dynasty! This was great. And Cloris Leachman too! Young Frankenstein was my favorite movie of hers lol.....
Thanks for posting these. They’re great and just right length.
You really can't follow a 27 minute Alfred Hitchcock Presents?...These 10-12 min edits of Hitch's masterpiece series are a gross insult to Hitch's great ability to tell rivetting story in 27 minutes...In 10 mins, you don't get enough of the story developement and same with characters...What motivates them may be obvious in 27 minutes, but totally imaginary in a 10 minute story developement....It's all part of the DUMBING down of America because we can sit thru 10 minutes of story, but if it takes 27 minutes, we get up and walk away?
Imagine! Cloris went on to win an incredible 9 Emmies!
Cloris Leachman and John Forsythe. Miss them
love those times were they always wear a suit to hike or to go out and kill someone like in Peter Gunn. in this one John forgot his hat. they always wear on of those as well.
I guess I am kinda off topic but does anybody know a good place to watch newly released tv shows online ?
@Forest Kingston Lately I have been using flixzone. Just google for it =)
@Koda Chaim yup, have been watching on Flixzone for years myself :D
@Koda Chaim thank you, I signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :) I really appreciate it!
Great Hitchcock! As always❤️👍
This episode inspired the movie "Shutter Island". Soooooooo goooood!
Wow. Did not know that. Thank you
While Scorcese made numerous homages to Hitchcock in general, Shutter Island, the movie, was based on Shutter Island, the novel, by Dennis Lehane, who was inspired by a mental hospital on an island in Boston Harbor. As far as Lehane's inspiration for his book he said, "I had a hybrid of the Bronte sisters and Don Siegel's Invasion of the Body Snatchers in mind."
Damn all that time I thought he was in Paris. A psych hospital?
Oh! I remember this episode... Cloris💞
GREAT ACTORS AND GREAT ACTING TV IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE.
Vicky Gourlay Yes it is. You just have to know where to look. There are so many choices they can be hard to find. Just TV is boring. You have to have Netflix, Hulu etc.
I've always found it strange when people are on a first-name basis with their own parents (referring to his own father as 'Greg'). There was another Hitchcock episode with such characters as well, called 'Jonathan,' I think.
We Love these Episodes...Thanks for Sharing!!😅😅😅
got a premonition. I feel the end is near. beauty starts to fade. joy has turned to pain. I hear the symphony playing. 10 thousand violins.
Great episodes I Love Alfred Hitchcock
Is that a young Cloris Leachman?
I think so
@@cordoba1952 Absolutely her
Where’s the first part?
Warren Stevens = always such a great actor
I'm so confused! What are people commenting on? All these episodes begin in the middle - they're only 10 - 13 minutes long...where are the beginnings? This is the 3rd one I've tried to watch. I'm in an Alfred Hitchcock loop or something...
Talk about a far-fetched plot!
What an intense 11+ minutes; it felt much longer...
Blake Carrington!? I kept waiting for Krystle or Alexis to showup LOL!! 😅 John Forsythe was so young! We ALL were, sigh. 😢
Around 2:30 it's so funny, as they're walking together you can hear the camera cart rolling over the temp tracks! Actually what you're hearing is the tracks themselves creaking either not anchored or spaced correctly. Actually if you have your CC on (captions) it says "creaking" in parentheses LOL😂
Well it was what it was in those early days of TV in it's infancy, usually shoestring budgets, yes, even for Hitch, God Bless him may he RIP. ❤ I was a mere kid in the 60s and Hitchcock storybooks were some of my favorite to read. He was really something I miss him dearly may you rest in peace Mr Hitchcock. 😊
What a nice country, everybody leaves the doors open....
You know when I was little this was my favorite director absolutely loved him and I had a eye his eye in on a poster and it would go round and round and round like a kind of like hypnotic and my little sister brought my mom in the room and said Mom make her take that I down that still makes me laugh to this day I don't know why I like him so much but I guess it's just because he's good at being bad
by far my favorite episode!
Yes that's it, John Forsyth 😀
Great episode
John F also in AH movie The Trouble with Harry!
Neat to see Cloris Leachman, I'm use to seeing her on M.T.M. shows , but realize she did alot more
Obvious ending but for the first episode and that time very good. I love the old ones.
4:15 Winnie the Pooh
Actors need to watch
Why I can't find the complet épisode of this. Prémonition IS not 11 mins but around 30. If someone has this épisode complet. Can put hère please ............................
Why is the date not shown?
Is this only half of the episode? why?
Cool shows
Cloris Leachman was indeed quite attractive. Curvaceous and cute!
What is up with hitchcock presents being so low quality, even on Paramount+ ?
And he later became a millionaire, marrying Alexis and then Krystle.
So the amnesia twist ending is old school way before Mirage (1965) and Angel Heart (1987) to name a couple.
Hitchcock was agreat prestigious writer.
Does anyone besides me find it odd that they refer to their father by his first name? That really confused me the first time I saw this episode.
This is not complete episode
It's Phyllis Lindstrom before she found someone to do her make-up properly - lol
Four years and he never tried to call his dad?
Ok, never mind, lol. Just watched the ending
What is this, just pieces of the shows??
Who is the woman, Clores Leachmen?
Hey that's the 📺 🖥 show Dynasty star, I forget his name
No fruit cup!
