I wont lie. Dunking still buns. Holding down onnthe stick ( i been doing this since 2k20 ) you still get mostly layups when the paint is legit wide open.
@Manz03fresco exactly. What I have noticed this year is driving dunks are crazy nerfed. Most def for smaller slasher. ( 6'2-6'4) any dunk that use to activate limitless take off are terrible and get taken out of animations alot.
@Bred_different__ you have no idea what you taking about. Flick down and up is to do a dunk meter dunk. Holding down on the stick has been flashy dunk for 5 years now. That was in the game before meter dunking was even a thing. Don't start calling people dumb then say something dumb when you uninformed.

And if you create the space and blow past your defender they somehow catch up and kick you out of the animation even tho they were 3 ft behind you

On my 6,10 Demi with low strength I have never been takin out of an animation this might only be a thing for smaller builds

96 driving dunk my shit get slapped across the court and the center nowhere near the play just glitches to make the block.
