you could also justify them getting less gains at the start because they lived on planet vegeta (with equal gravity to king kai's planet) via diminishing gains. they've already lived there so long, so the same gravity might not do much for them so much as it would maintain the training they're already doing

gine, i think, more than anyone is the best suited for UI in this story. like you said, she's best versed in god, and i'm sure she'd be good with blue too since she's already used super saiyan, but god is better fitting due to its calm nature. of course, UI requires a lot more tranquility than god, but with how things are depicted so far she seems best suited for it. it's just a shame she likes, yknow, living in her own home, on her own planet, like normal people do.
also, the destructo donut attack idea was really cool and it makes me wish there were more hybrid techniques in canon.
Something that fanfics haven't considered is that the Elder Kai's empowerment ritual could be his God Ki exposure but not of the God of Destruction power signature. Just like Vegeta gaining God Ki thru combat training with Whis&Beerus, Elder Kai's ritual also changes their bodies so that it adapts to a higher power limit or even breaking that limit too.
u know that might explane why gohan is so strong as he did go through the training with elder kai so u naver know gohan might just have god ki
@@godkiller7230 Different flavor of God Ki like the Angels or Creator God Ki. I can only assume that it's in a higher dimension that the energy can be detected and not in the normal/mortal realm. God of Destruction's Ki is based on using the Hakai as it's very unique to them. That energy manifests in normal realm as the Hakai. Buu and likely Uub has god ki too but corrupted, especially when it absorbed the fat Kai thousands of yrs ago. So whenever Buu powered up after he was released, the champions in the higher realm training can sense his power rising.

their interaction in the broly movie was so fire
Fun fact: there was actually a filler manga panel where it shows goku meeting raditz, Gine, and Bardock in otherworld (7-year time gap) in a pseudo family reunion, Even though goku can't fully remember. So having that's attributed to that but pushed Into a full-on story is a nice touch.

While reviewing the show itself that's where I came across it also got be thinking of a what is scenario that some have tried but not fully done this way:
What if Goku Willingly Join the Red Ribbon Army, Rise of the Red Ribbon Saiyan
( Commander Red and Doctor Frapp Create the dragon radar first and search of dragon balls before the first episode. So Colonel Violet found Goku first instead of bulma and convinced him to Share the dragon ball and to train under the Red Ribbon Army. Goku goes to check it out himself and receive both Military training 🪖 and some teachings from the Crane school by mercenary Tao. He would in a way be a poster boy for the Army given me the rank "Captain Orange", this would arise commander Red's Self-Esteem enough to plan for a different wish that would benefit the Army similar to Emperor Pilaf. Overtime he would be best friends with Silver, Yellow, White, Black, Gevo, Vomi, Gero, Launch, Haskel, & Wheelo.
Maybe even fall in love with Ranfan 🧡💜.

The dragon balls are not as strong as the namken dragon balls the have to have body's to be revied and they can only be dead for one year with the dragon balls on earth the ones on planet namek the don't have a death timer like earth's
isn't there a time limit set on the revival using the dragon balls? like, after a year a person can't be brought back to life?
Technically with black you could technically have him take over multiple version because in the manga he did use a time machine to constantly go back in time and have multiple versions of himself so all of them could technically be black.
I liked it up to the point where Raditz came back into the story with a massive power upgrade. Dr Gero just happening to be in the right place to take Raditz in before the others could find him is a bit of a stretch, and if I am to be honest, I don't like when Raditz's power suddenly rivals Goku and the others.
Sure, not right away, but you never know how Gero can do things that can be questionable.😊

Bullshit did bardock get to keep his body for defending his planet. He literally wiped out races and sold their planets
So did vegeta infact he was way worse but he kept his body in the buu saga and that was right after murdering the stadium full of people.
