My grandmother was born in 1900 and from Naples. She NEVER baked meatballs, always fried in the cast iron like there. My mother taught me and I carry it on to this day. Chicken parm is a medigan dish

Sorry to say this but chicken Parmesan is not a matter gun or however you want to say it dish it is just a normal plate which is awesome and if you come to our restaurant it is the best chicken Parmesan but anyway thank you for saying what you just said about the meatballs

BTW meatballs plus chicken Parmesan wasn’t even a thought in the 1900s so I’m so sorry to say that you are just talking but still coming to 1731 restaurant in Packer Avenue and you will see the best Italian food you’ll ever see and that’s the truth not the 1900 thing

I’m so so so sorry but you saying coming from Naples and 1900 might’ve been the funniest thing I’ve ever heard in my life meatballs weren’t that old so please do not put meatballs down like that just do me a favor and come to my restaurant and learn how good Italian food really really is from people who actually came from Italy and I’m not saying that you did not come from Italy. I want you to have a great great wonderful, wonderful day or night wherever you are from. Thank you.

@@nickylance7951 that is THEE worst way to make a meatball. If your a “REALLLLL ITALIAN” then frying a ball is the REAL WAY and onlyyyyyyy way u make a ball. If you fry a meatball then you have nooooo idea what a meatball actually is and on top your2 things -1 a NON-Italian 1000000% & -2 NOT AT ALL a cook/chef It means u have NOT 1 idea what Italian food is.And it means GIVE UP COOKING AND EVEN TRYING to make what u “call” Italian” food. Plzzzz go cook or even try to cook FAST FOOD. NOOOOO OFFENSE but u would be lucky to make a burger n fries. WOW ur comment and what u think is very very badddd.I feel VERYYYYY bad for anyone who attempts to eat your food but not only that it would be like eating RAT. Plzzzz do everyone and anyone a favor, and please attempt to learn how to cook, let alone how to make Italian food, because that is a disgrace. 🤡😰😣😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😩😩😩😩😩😩
