I've been wondering about this. I played breath of the wild a few years ago, but I ended up getting bored with it after about 10 hours. The map just felt too empty to me and I missed the more traditional dungeons. I've been thinking about giving it another try though, and wondering if I should just skip it and go straight to tears of the kingdom. It just looks like there's way more to do in it than in BotW.
yeah there is but it does not show much of botw at all which is bit bad the memories are for a seperate story , still can play TOTK as its serves as its own story tho as it feels a bit seperate to BOTW
You can ignore Hyrule Warriors AoC, if you want, it being a very different kind of game (though good for its genre imo) it’s an alternate timeline, so it doesn’t give you much extra plot for the main timeline. That said, you _do_ get to spend time with and learn more about a whole bunch of the side characters, which is cool. You also get a preview of Purah on her way to her ToK smokin’ hot mommy phase
So it's the same type of game as breath of the wild also hyrule warriors age of calamity is not the only hyrule warriors you fool the other hyrule warriors has nothing to do with botw

I actually feel like tho it may seem that way at first I would say Botw is actually better and less frustrating to play
this is why I buy Witcher 3 instead for better world and more interaction from npc

Haha yeah it's worth it for purah lmao 🤣
I would recommend A Link to the Past and Breath of the Wild since I have alot of experience with both those games.
ah nice thanks jim !
Could I just watch what happend in breath of wild then get tears of kingdom?
Yeah another way to know what happens
I would say do the opposite
Bought switch not long ago so that’s what I m doing. Playing tork first.
I wouldn't do that because in my opinion tears the kingdom is just way better and it's hard going back to breath of the wild sometimes
AWSOME AS ALWAYS
thanks
Yeah no if you play totk first botw will look boring!

I didn't mention the other one
