- The game with my most long awaited main is finally here. Unlike many others who beg for characters to return and dont even main them, I got my boy Smoke down pretty well in 2 days.

Rain looks insane in this game, the water animations are beautiful! He definetly is way more interesting of a character in here than in MK11
I don't know who thought wet Scorpion was a good idea
Not an interesting character in the story but his moveset is better. Mk11’s rain design is still peak design of most characters

Same as General Shao
I experiment every frame move,
You can reset the opponent into stance.
It's very similar too Cheeta in injustice 2 when you cross up you attack both low and high at the very same time then you can restart start your combo entirely,
They can escape via summon,
But you can finish them off before they get the meter for it .
Also General Shao you can reverse Zone by crossing over ahead and recall at the moment before your feet leaves the ground .
And you can keep doing so
Then you can command grab them back triangle square plus x. Call goro to jump land and lunch the opponent into the air then cross recall and keep changing various of either pulling yourself towards the hammer or call the hammer.
But the timing so tight you'll need to spend a few hours just to get the rhyme

The more I see MK1 Rain, the happier I am to see he’s nowhere close to playing like Cetrion like everyone was predicting.

@@mrjong-pildasong1468 Yeah he is a great zoner but I didn't see he has a lot of the bs Cetrion had. Especially since some of Cetrion's moves had knockback so even if you did block her she always managed to keep her distance from you.
I actually think Sindel might be the most annoying zoner this game has, especially since she can cancel out Kameos.
As a smoke main, you don’t need to spend 3 bars for 51%. Just do 2. You should be using his b f 3 cancel move more with pressure strings. Use his f1,2, 1+3 string more in combos to launch into teleport kick enhanced. Also use that same string when anti airing to get a full combo.

I must say the gameplay looks top notch, I do think the Kameos add a lot since depending on the kameo you can reach insane amounts of damage.

Look i watched your last live stream and i said it than and i say it again. Since your sub was degraded in damage and in movement ability meaning his mid or low was taken away. Subzero now in my opinion NO longer a Tier on too he is a low tier. Smoke is now more suited for you. You are the strongest smoke ive seen so far. Trust me i watch everyone. Watched Super today as well and his smoke is nowhere near you and he is also a pro player. You are sick brother. I think because of you i might main Smoke because he is sooo f sick to watch. He has everything from mixup to teleport to high damage. He lacks from zoning makes up in Kameo and Teleport to get close. I use scorpion but honestly think your smoke has everything i want in a character. Very good video showcasing him. This is definately your main eventhough i know Subzero is your baby the one character you have been loyal to but he needs his damage back and his move.
12:26 to 12:34, I love this combo way to much because of that multi slice up move smoke does. I wish people would do this combo more, outta all the smoke combos I've seen this is by far the coolest.

Having a lot of fun with smoke man. He’s def the 1st main, Raiden will be next for sure for me. Starting to really understand him, getting some big 40-50% stuff with him. He’s a complex character too which I enjoy. Loving the game.

But smoke is very easy to learn .
Raiko and Geras are the cheapest 50/50 in Conor's as they can do 33% damage with two moves
