I read that the rig used to do a hot point and connected to Internet can't be used for another things and especially to discuss in simplex locally or via à relay (sorry Im french and dont know the right word for these transmitters sending what it receives on offset frequencies). As I bought a FTM400 it sounds very expensive for this use, I have too a FTM100 that needs some reparations and the sum will be expensive too. I have added two categories, some rooms to them. But I can't bring up the list, i select a category, shows a message WAITING, then it stops showing it and nothing happens. Any ideas?
Tom SP9TL it works in mmdvm just the same. If it doesn't, you may need to fine tune your offsets. I had the same issue, it was fixed by a different offset for the data being sent. BER With the voice showed good before and after the adjustment.

@@mikeph4 I cannot change the offset of a repeater. I think the software of that rep might be out of date or something.
Tom SP9TL sometimes you also may need to kerchunk in DN mode, then try.

can a stylus be used,......another big fingered guy is curious.
I would think that a conductive stylus would work fine on this handheld, but I’ve never tried it.
