David was just not meant for manual labor! Those poor Amish people. Trying to remain faithful and treat him with love and respect, all the while probably down on their knees praying praying praying that someone...anyone...will come take him away! How fortunate that Moira wouldn’t leave a stone unturned in search of her brown bag! OOPS...I mean her son😂😂😂
LOL I was an extra a few days on a period film and all the clothes were real vintage pieces from the 1930s. At lunch they would give all the extras trash bags to wear over the costumes to eat it was kinda hilarious to see.
Was the wardrobe limited to what the Roses could have grabbed in that hour? I did see David wear the same sweater a few times. Some looked like there were duct tape embellishments.
I’ve noticed in this one and other ones that these interviewers interrupt him too much, trying to be funny 😒 4:40 Omg, she literally cut him off he had to say “experience” after she cut him off, RUDE
That's because these videos/interviews were a part of an INCREDIBLE podcast series EW did documenting the final season. It's meant to be a conversation!
@@Transcendental-Portal Doesn't seem like he minds, since he KNOWS it's meant to be a conversation and not stilted. They also continued to work together for the entire sixth season and even up until last week, with Dan happy to continue to speak with them and share access to his set, which I don't think he would do if he was uncomfortable here (or ever) and thought of them as unprofessional. It's fine if this isn't your style, but that doesn't mean it's objectively rude or unprofessional. Different expectations in different contexts, and this was definitely casual and all parties were cool with it.
@@Transcendental-Portal I'm a first grade teacher, everything I say is interrupted. 😂 Definitely not something that bothers me, even when it's done by adults, if we are talking about something we're all excited about. It's human behavior, and you can't deny that she DID let him speak. He spoke almost the entire video. As someone who watched it, I knew exactly the points he was making and had no questions about anything he was saying as a result of her "interrupting."
Dan has basically screwed himself as Schitt's Creek was fantastic in every way and it will be difficult for him to ever do something that good or better again.
The scene in the field with the mohawk sweater and pitchfork is one the single best shots of the entire series. Hilarious.
You have a bug on your dress.
Ew. Fuck!!
😂😂💯💯
Daaaaaaavvvvid!
Yes it is lol.
Agreed lol
He really put his all in this show and he made an masterpiece, this show deserves so much more hype.
This show is so smart and so damn funny, just utter perfection.✨
What I'd give to see only one episode of David living with the amish.
Living with the Farm Witches!!! So love this show!!!
As someone who lives in a small town in Southern Ontario we see Amish everyday and Id love it
He did a FANTASTIC job with the wardrobe for this !!!!
I love Schitts Creek soooooo much!!
This show is perfect!! And I love Dan Levy!!!
The butter at the Ritz in Paris actually really is wonderful!
All the character in this show are odd but lovable. I binge watched it episode after episode.

He’s my spirit animal. Seriously what an icon
I love that he knocked on wood. I do that, too. Lol. ♡
Why is there music playing in the background?! It’s too distracting
Music in the background makes it less awkward... it's just so loud.
I was so into the interview I zoned out the music 😂
Never even noticed it
I literally stopped the video because I thought I could hear wind chimes outside. 🤦🏻♀️
Wonderful show, great cast ❤️
David is my spirit animal! 🤣
Daniel you are amazing.
All I can think about is Catherine O'Hara is his auntie! Can you imagine growing up with her in your life on a regular basis?

I like the Rose Apothecary shirt the host is wearing.
Was the clothing a write-off??? LOL
Dan, do you also pick out the books everyone in visibly reading?
I wondered about that too. Like if they have a meaning behind them
I think I read somewhere that the books are fake but the titles are related to the episode?
@@sarahuff396yes
I wonder if it's somewhat easier to write because you can just think of ridiculous story lines and it makes somewhat sense for the show hahah.
Why this lady keeps cutting him off?
Was the wardrobe limited to what the Roses could have grabbed in that hour? I did see David wear the same sweater a few times. Some looked like there were duct tape embellishments.
I’m glad the female interviewer pointed out how shitty it is for a capable man to watch a woman do manual labor.
Where do you get that Rose Apothecary shirt???
You can get one to Amazon
Was the wardrobe budget 1 mil???

@@QuinnIvyCeleste good interviewers know not to cut someone off, several times. I’ve seen all these episodes and they do it A LOT. UNPROFESSIONAL

@@QuinnIvyCeleste so you wouldn’t mind being cut off several times a conversation... it’s too bad we can test that idea.

Is this broken why is there one comment
there are only 10,000 views
@@MM-dq2pi but you think if 10,000 people watched this more would comment

Is that taupe suit he's wearing supposed to be funny? I hope so.
Moody,
Oh, don’t be so moody. I like it!
@@orsie200 You're clever but the colour is horrible and it is shapeless. What do you like about it?
He's the most annoying of all characters. No small town would have three hot men who would want to kiss a queeny guy .
Small towns have more LGBTs than you think
