      You scooped me by an hour but yeah...wearing a party pace shirt while showing guys who ride dish wheel is kind of weird.
      Good for Russ because he is a mere parts store. 😅

    Getting a fully custom 3D printed titanium bike and not noticing the difference with previous carbon bikes is a little weird?

      maybe it's a sign of how good this titanium bike is?

    Thank you! 650b is a total crock. Just a marketing gimmick to sell more wheels. I assume aimed at smaller riders? Isn't research now saying 29er and 700c are just as good for smaller riders? And to call it 27.5 just to make it easier to understand is demeaning since that's way closer to a 26 inch mtb wheel.

    • @davidarthur
      @davidarthur  4 месяца назад +3

      650b is actually a good idea, as you get a bigger tyre volume with a smaller outside diameter compared to 700c, and worked on bikes with limited clearance and definitely changes the handling agility of a bike. But it hasn’t proven to be as popular as many expected now there’s a bigger choice of good 700 bikes and tyres

    • @Andy_ATB

      Tell that to the many Downhill MTB-ers who run 27.5 on the rear in a 'mullet' set up.

    • @87togabito
      @87togabito 4 месяца назад

      27.5 is a valid choice when some folks find 29” too cumbersome for switchbacks, yet 26” get caught in stuff too much.
      But heys, from a dude who likely finds the neighbourhood toddler playground narly, I’m sure you’re the best judge of what’s good for dirt riding.
