I have a genuine question. Why and how does this guy get away with bullying, threatening, demanding, and bossing Ms Merchant around? He talks when there is no question pending. Doesn't he know if you have to think about whether or not you lied about something, makes you look like you are lying. He sounds so suspicious!!

Darrell Brooks was less annoying to me because he was just ignorant when he spoke. This guy feels like a cartoon politician. I have a doctor's office (it has many offices and many different doctors within it), I am diabetic and other blood work showed I needed to see a liver specialist, but my doctor didn't get me to specialists to address their problems. I contacted the CEO that was almost impossible to get to, but I did and that helped me get to the specialist that are far better and making me better. Sometimes going to the top is essential.

His whole office seems like they were ordered to deliberately not be helpful very suspicious then you actively make direct sarcastic remarks as answers to questions then you want people to think your intentions were not to obstruct her deliberately. It appears Critical Mention company uses web based services, so firewall logs of the county could be searched to see when that company was connected to online.
It would seem that any information stored on that remote company's server by the county would belong to the county.
What exactly are they looking for?

when in comes to interrogation one of the things interrogators look for is the over sharing of unnecessary detail...this along with many other "red flags" in this guys body language I'm very very suspicious he is largely being dishonest and obfuscating in order to convolute the hearing and cover his and fani's ass.

On day 1 of Bonds on the stand I SWEAR I heard him say that he used critical mention to praise his employees. I even pulled up critical mention to see if that was an option and only got that they monitor social media for mentions of a person, whether positive or negative. Then he says on day 2 that he never knew what critical mention was before they no longer had it?
Dexter painfully made it a point to speak on his qualifications as a lawyer...and the Judge failed to hold him to the standards and behaviors of an officer of the court.....treated him like he was her nephew or son, he should be sanctioned, disbarred, suspended...Toxic employees, leadership...they're a walking lawsuit....his bias is painfully clear.

They should call IT workers and get info on how many IT there were and what level IT they were and what archiving practices there are and what the oldest archives are even if they are no longer actively online.
If other people have the same attitude as this guy there could be info that was never bothered to be looked at.

They need a computer engineer to question their computer engineers as to where and how information could be tracked down outside of their rudimentary tools.

Merchant was all in until she was personally criticized and that shut her down immediately. She showed that this clerk, (Attorney), was biased against her. She picked him apart and showed that to the Judge. I believe The judge will grant the damages to Merchant.

When requesting documents with FOIA.. should it not be implied that the documents / emails.. etc.. be in native form??... FOIA doesn't say .. "Send representations" of your request.. and then if you complain about not getting complete docs.. "We might see if we can find them"..
