Pedal drives are the best
Looks great but only thing I don't like is that hatch right behind the seat, make it hard to put a box to hold your tackle boxes. I like mine behind my seat so I can reach back to grab stuff, maybe because I have short arms lol. Other than that bro looks great, looking forward to some vids of you out on the water with it.
Thanks man, I have a couple out, boat works great, yea the hatch can be a pain in some circumstances but I have a soft Plano tackle ag and sits on top of it no problem

It does doesn't it, at a fraction of the cost too, it seems durable enough as well
@@codyakfishing8856 I just bought the 106 Impulse for my granddaughter , seem to be great kayaks for the money.
Best thing is, you can put a trolling motor in that hole too.
That's what I love about this model, very versatile, I can install my 30lb motor through the opening, and use it with the autoboat kit
Just purchased one of these, after much research. I simple chose it because I didnt want to invest too much in my first fishing kayak, as well as being an older female. I knew that i would encounter some issues with the rudder being on the bottom, but i figured that i would be able to find a video somewhere to combat the issue I am encountering. How does one solo load this onto their car without messing up the rudder. I am a visual person and cannot find a video anywhere. I have even tried to find a decent native video for this issue.
I typically load it up rear first, I lay a blanket across my car, pick the back up and set it on, then move the the front and shove it on up, then twist it to center it on the racks
Thanks for the review! I live in Colorado as well and in the market for a pedal drive! Can you stand on it? How stable would you rate it 1-10 ?
Stability is awesome, I wish the footage didn't get corrupted I had, I'm able to jump up and down on it, and I have horrible balance...
Stability, I would say solid 9 out of ten, I'm 6'3 and 180

Mine arrived perfect, just make sure you go over it before your driver leaves! Don't forget the underside

@michaelsnively3621 it's awesome very stable it's a little hard to pedal I think but I love it it shipped perfectly
@@maddogcodm668 That sound great. Hopefully the drive will loosen up, the more you use it. What types of water do you paddle in? I'm in tampa, so I will be mostly in saltwater and bay areas

Just got mine looks perfect had some people say there really unstable and tippsy is that true

Mine is solid as a rock, a tiny bit rocky but not bad
This may be a dumb question. Can this kayak be used as a paddle kayak? Is there a cover where the drive would go?

Question: Does the bottom have a place to mount transducer?
@@nickfranklin396 no unfortunately not, but I use a suction cup mount made by Garmin that works great
hey when you pre-ordered this how long did it take before they shipped it?
For me it was about three and a half weeks, I picked the premium shipping ($300) I'm located in southern colorado
I have a hoodoo element 100s had it about 2 years love it but need a pedal style I can stand up in I am 6 foot 200 pounds is it stable and wide enough to stand in confidently? The 100s element I have stood up in bit not real stable
I'm 6'3 180 and I can jump in it...lol I stand up for a brief second on my 40 min raw and uncut video if you wanna check it out

I chose the 300$ higher end shipping.... My kayak showed up within 10 days. Your location may vary, but I'm in southern Colorado and they get shipped from Houston Texas

@codyakfishing8856 Yes i did i went with the marine reef color and mainly because of the propel drive that looks similar to the native.
So far I love the drive, make sure to tune into my other videos as I mod mine, maybe give you some ideas
