I bagged my 95 hardbody on stock arms and spindles but flipped and swaped sides and added a inch to the upper to help the camber and I was on 18s with a 215/35/18 tire. And for the gas tank I made 3/4 spacers and put them between the tank and crossmember to raise the front and just raise the rear braket.

Spindles won't fit with a 16" wheel if I remember correctly. I had 17's on mine and they barely cleared
