I recently got the Japanese equivalent of this, and noticed some differences. Firstly, The book is paperback, rather than hardback and the cover you show is a dust cover for a more minimal white cover in Japan. Also the logo, rather than using the one seen here, is more minimal with a silver design and the icon of the flamel (seen on the back of Ed's cloak) is incorporated in to it, rather than appearing on the back. Also, inside the front cover is a textured silver design, rather than what seems to be a plain silver in yours. Other than this, just some small text is changed in the book itself, quotes, etc. Surprisingly though, most is written in English, including year, Hiromu Arakawa's name and the subheadings, chapter name etc.

Aidan Crellen I've noticed that most japanese art books aren't in hardcover
Wow! This kid is so young he doesn’t know River Phoenix! Way to make me feel old kid!😂😂😂😂
Nice video, I found this artbook pretty cheapy at internet and I'll definitelly buy it, even though I'm not a huge fan of Arakawa's art style...
I agree. Arakawas art style isn't the best, but I love Full metal Alchemist so I had to get it. :P
