Mahi Mahi in Guatemala and eating it 30 min later on the boat. Video

Pacific Fins in Guatemala never disappoints. This location has calm seas year round and is filled with Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi and Tuna. In this episode we caught and cooked our mahi within 30 minutes of catching it and were interrupted by sailfish crashing our trolled baits. This is a daily occurrence when you fish with this crew and lodge. I also traveled to the mountains and sampled the local.cuisine, tried on the traditional clothing and ventured into the city of Antigua.
