    Healthy Lumpiang Gulay na walang toge, Meron po tayong simpleng sekreto kung paano papasarapin ang lumpiang gulay. Sa mga hindi naman po kumakain ng toge ay ito po ang eksaktong recipe para sa inyo.
    Ingredients:
    2 tbsp cooking oil para sa pangisa
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    3 tbsp diced onion
    1 1/2 cup green beans (hiniwa ng manipis)
    1/4 cup water
    1 1/2 cup carrots (julienne strips)
    2 cups cabbage (julienne slice)
    1 kutsarita ng chicken powder or 1 pc chicken cubes
    1 tbsp maggie seasoning or depende sa inyong timpla
    ground black pepper
    pastry wrapper or balat ng lumpia
    cooking oil for frying
    Sawsawan:
    suka
    sili
    paminta
    asin
    bawang
    sibuyas
