I don't normally do that but you could probably add a greenscreen before doing the ntscQT part of it, you can also edit the video settings while ntscQT is rendering which is what I normally do.
It would definitely help if you would make a video/link to the various plugins and files you are using here as Audacity by default doesn't come with those VHS filter curve presets ( The hi and lo fi vhs preset. )

Something about "Users/User/ntscqt" does not exist with like 5 other errors that might as well be runic code. The install instructions are very vague in that sense.

what is the vhs preset for the first clip in the video
when your in NTSCQT, click "master nama" at the bottom and it should give the preset :)
How did you did the finish result? Can you please tell me what you did?
I just export the video and audio then combine them in avidemux.

it'd be better if in your editor you lowered the contrast, so that black is more like grey.

How did you get the baseband artifact into AVISynth?
it came with it, I don't use AVISynth since I never figured out how to use it, but I do use the audio file from it.

you need ffmpeg installed for audacity.
what version of audacity is that
Version 2.4.1.0 (at least that is what Windows tells me)

honestly the ntscqt filter is the closest thing i seen to a real VHS tape effect
where did you get the low pass efect
it should already be in Audacity

odd, you can mess with an equalizer to get a similar effect
