Good video, can you help me please? I have an iPad Air and the chocolate, but I can't get it to work, can you explain step by step how you connected the controller to your iPad, I already configured the chocolate with my phone but when I connect it to my iPad it doesn't do anything, it doesn't work

I have this connected to my windows PC with Bias FX but when I try to assign switches to pedal toggles Bias times out with “no MIDI input received within 5 seconds”

Try to turn off the visual behavior which you will find at the top part whenever you choose the cc number in custom control

@@JosephCapuno I am curious too! Love this midi so far just using the footswitch to A to 1A B to 1B C to 1C and D to 1D and added a vol pedal to one of the patches it will not see the pedal
Confirm it works with exp pedal! You may need one with reversible polarity

@@stephenandkow298 you may need to calibrate your exp pedal with the chocolate. the manual/website should explain how to do this.

Hello. Does it loose connection with ipad while using in via bluetooth or not? I see a lot of reports online about it loosing connection if you don’t press any button for several minutes.
Hi, I've never encountered that issue when I was still using my iphone rig. Maybe because of an update on mvave? I'm really not sure since I'm not using it anymore
Is it posibble to send two diffrent cc messages on each button? I need to send two diffrernt cc message to a two diffrent reciever when i press a single button. Thnks
Do you have to reboot your iPad each time you use it? I can get it connected and working great, but if I turn the controller off and back on, the only way it works again is if I reboot the whole iPad. Thank you for the tutorial, it was very helpful!

Thanks for detailed tutorial. Bought one, sadly my Mac Air was unable to detect it. But my iPhone and iPad can easily find it.. Bluetooth name "FootCtrl"
I have a similar problem with my Macbook Air. It can only detect the Chocolate pedal when you place the pedal right next to the Mac. The connection is lost once I place the pedal on the floor. I’m still able to use the pedal by connecting a USB-C to USB-B cable to one of the Macbook Air’s USB port. Not a pretty solution, but it works for me for hands-free patch switching on Mainstage.

Blessings to you my dear brother! Was so blessed by finding this awesome tutorial video. I am planning to use two of these pedals to control my guitar apps in iPad and the other app called Multitracker to play my worship backing tracks.
So if Multitracker app is able to receive midi control messages for stop, play etc via midi it should work right?
I wonder if you know if I can use two of these pedals at the same time via Bluetooth on iPad?

Hi, I'm not sure if you can connect two pedals via Bluetooth simultaneously. Maybe try connecting one pedal via Bluetooth and another pedal via wired connection? I'm not really sure 😅

can i activate the app on another phone and use the chocolate on another device? my ipad isnt compatible with the cubesuite app
you can look into sideloading to iPad. I think Apple has made sideloading to iOs available recently

You mean it engages the pedal once you stepped on it then disengages when you take off your foot? Maybe the visual behavior knob which you will see on top of the midi cc number is not engaged
That's right! The effect is only on (or off) while the foot is pressed. If I take my foot off, it goes back to how it was. In other words, it is not turning on or off when I step on it once.

You'll see it at the top when you're choosing midi cc numbers

I don't know if you could do that. But you can try connecting one mvave via Bluetooth and the other mvave using the type c cable. But I'm not sure if it will work since I haven't tried it

I made a video regarding this but using the type c port of the cloudburst
I just plug it to PC and use it with Reaper and when I press LEARN button there is only information "waiting for midi input..." then I press a switch on the m-vave and there is still the information waiting for midi input..." . How to use it with PC plugged in and reaper? BTW. when I want to assign a action in reaper with this midi controler there is an error: The following MIDI inputs could not be opened:

I got in reaper preferences in audio -> midi devices -> (device): usb midi -> (mode): enabled+control
even in reaper I can't control action with midi.... is this brand-new device broken or what................?

I'm not sure since i haven't tried it. I once tried connecting this pedal to a windows computer via wired connection and it worked. I also tried connecting it using the bluetooth but i haven't figured out how to make it work

No luck here-- and I have alot of different expression pedals I've tried. It DOES do something--- but basically only ON and OFF- not gradual volume increases or decreases
