Dallas should I ever consider buying a milk cow to process if I am on a budget? I have an angus coming later this month, but money is tight. How is the meat, do you know?
They often have really good inter muscular fat. A younger one is good for cuts. Older ones are good for ground. The cuts will definitely be a different shape than you are used to.

Is the pump oilless or is it oiled? If it is an oil pump you might find problems at the colder temps as the oil will be too think.
