Seems this is a pretty close spot to launch to get to the channel and the break wall. Gonna try to get out there next week. But afterwards I was considering dropping in to one of your stomping grounds to try some surf fishing. Fun video! Thanks for sharing. Seal Beach is one of my fishing spots, too, but I'm usually on the pier.. occasionally surf and jetty. Live lugworms are like crack for perch. :D Tight lines!
Nice video. I've been there so many times but never fished the jetty side. Try using bait elastic to keep the bait fro being stolen. I normally use a double dropper loop with 2 size 10 baitholder hooks and 1oz weight to target perch... works like a charm.
@@FishingWithJRome I cought 2 big corvinas with this method. Just don't use too much elastic because it gets hard to get of your hook after a few casts. Alright keep posting and Good vids. God bless. 💯

For keeping the muscle on the hook, get yourself some bait elastic thread. I use it on thawed sardines to stay on the hook and works perfect.

Yes you do if you’re 16 or older, unless you fish off of the pier then a fishing license isn’t required.
