Hahaaaaa enjoy your womens basketball and amateur peewee baseball. I will forever hate everything about oakland for chasing all the real sports away. It didnt have to happen. Thanks usual suspects! ✊🏿

Thank you. Lived in the bay my whole life and moved out of Cali 4 years ago. Oakland wants to blame John Fisher and Mark Davis for leaving but Oakland is the problem. Oakland had 25 years to fix the 2 team stadium issue and did nothing . You know who got new stadiums? The 49ers, The Giants, let that sink in. (Oakland is the only city in the United States that a pro baseball and football team shared the same stadium)

@@AlexanderNevermind68 Not only that, both Oracle Park and Levi's Stadium were privately funded.
Hell, Oakland even lost their Indoor Football League franchise when the Panthers moved to San Jose's SAP Center to become the Bay Area Panthers before even playing a game in Oakland Arena.

Roots going to get into that global craziness of the World Cup? That is a big enough job for the heavy metal of Mega-Oakland Stadium.

John Fisher is the worst owner in professional sports.

For me the die was cast some 30 years ago, when the city council of Oakland, and Mayor Lionel Wilson wanted the Raiders back. Oakland had done well with attendance at that time, even better than when they had won 3 straight World Series in the 70's. A lot of credit I even feel should have gone to Billy Martin, the manager in the early 80's, when Oajkland even at that time seemed that the team could leave. Ironic that both outdoor teams from Oakland are going to Las Vegas, or are already there.

Sorry, but San Francisco's Chase Center beat Oakland to the punch.
Good luck with the Oakland Roots and Oakland Ballers.
