By the way, in Korea the top trim has a fingerprint scanner. Does that come in the Canadian trims?
i heard her mention that there are air vents in the third row but it doesn't look like it can be controlled? i.e. can it be opened and closed?

The EX and above all have captains chairs. The bench middle seat is only on the LX

Yes, Ex models and above all have Captains chairs on 2nd row.

No the ‘EX’ is a trim in itself, one below is called the ‘LX’ one above is the ‘X-Line’

This was todays livestream, Charlotte was in yesterdays.
You'll feel it when you go to put insurance on it. Premium went up 300 for six months just because it is a KIA.
How reliable are these Kia's compared to Hondas and Toyotas
Toyota/Lexus just recalled every Tundra, Tacoma, Sequoia and LX600 they've made for the past few years.
I know the insurance is high on these Kia's because of the high theft

If you check out the JD Power report, KIA is as reliable as Toyota. Gone are the days when KIA was subquality.
