Brighton homeowner wants resort to help resolve trespassing problems, attorney says

Regardless of the location of this man's home, it's trespassing. Did he handle the situation well? Probably not. Doesn't give us the right to trespass on the property, for all we know, he worked his whole life to purchase. Try and be respectful and understanding when recreating out of bounds. Happy Fall!
