Wish Natasha Denona had made two different palettes for deep and light skin tones. I could probably use one of the deeper eye shadows mixed with the blush but too much money for mixing. I have these colors in my Natasha Denona collection so this is a pass for me. Love how cute your eye look turned out!
Idk what this palette is supposed to be bc I am light and that Highlighter is too dark for me...
Facts and each time she does make a dark version it isn't really dark.
I agree with you! I’m Japanese thriving for a glowy look and was surprised I liked the Glam face dark. I’m finally understanding that most of her products are for porcelain cool toned gals
I actually love this whole pallet! I’m cool toned and pale so it’s gonna be perfect for me! I usually have trouble with neutral tones looking too warm on me!

The PINK BLUSH is a GAWD-AWFUL color-I'm pale/Scottish and it is jussst not pretty. ..I honestly don't think ANYONE can rock this color well.
Esmaya is the MOST GORGEOUS PINK though...

I feel like she wanted to dupe Dior with that blush! Even though looks it bubble gum pink, Dior turns a bit warmer once it’s applied, this one it’s straight up cool white ish tone. Really curious to see which skin tones can pull it out

Since ND is going to stick with the one face palette this year, they could have at least taken out the highlighter and added in a darker blush shade to make this more versatile.

@@denisesheffield481 i'm really happy for you that you can wear them!!!😘 Now, Suqqu is my no. 1 eyeshadow brand. Also love others, and most of them, Chantecaille (love all their single shadows, especially the animals the most), Koh Gen Do, Surrat, Cle de Peau, Wayne Goss, from CT the cream shadows i love most. There are more, but these come first in my mind.
I think this is just the light-cool face palette that was missing before. Now there are three, each one targeting different people. I would still choose the dark one, being light/medium olive.
charlotte holdcroft also reviewed this palette and the blush in her palette was so sticky (you can see the stickiness when she tapped her finger on it) and it moved her foundation. the purple eyeshadow in her palette was super patchy, which was actually visible when she applied it on her eyes, and it didn’t blend out.

With different bases and application techniques, it's up to personal preference. But Morgan doesnt seem to love the blush either
CH also stated she doesn't like pink eyeshadow, so that impacts her opinions, too. Not the patchy part, but the overall vibe.
I think two total different reviewers honestly. And two different skin tones and why they apply. Morgan does make up artistry
It probably depends what else is on their face/skin type. I did notice they both had issues with the cream blush though

My skin is about the color of white out, so I’m really looking forward to this palette being properly released! I think the blush will work on my skin, and those eye shadow colors are so pretty.

When I first saw photos of this palette I thought for sure I was getting this but as soon as I saw you apply the blush, it made my decision to skip it. The tone of it would not be flattering on me and it’s just not worth getting if the blush is not a hit because most of us have these eyeshadows plus the highlight is nothing special. Unfortunately, I don't think it is. I'm a lightskinned Winter (think Disney's Snow White). I need both cool and high contrast shades to look my best. I have the opposite view of most of the people commenting in this thread, who hate the blush but accept the rest:
The Blush, being do-able for a light cool skin tone, is the main thing that would work for me. Meanwhile, based on a good swatch video from Steff's Beauty Stash, the highlighter has an unacceptably golden-champagne shift or undertone and at least 3 of the five eyeshadows (including the darkest burgundy, the shimmer, and the peachy one) are way too warm for me.
I was all set to buy this from the publicity photos but Steff's video prompted one big "Whoooooa Nelly!" This is a standard (for the US market) neutral-to-warm skewing palette with the insertion of a blush and 1-2 eyeshadows that might work on a cool, fair skin tone.
The blush looks like it will work well on fair, cool toned skin - like mine.
I would love to see a comparison between that blush and the good old Dior pale pink blush that everyone loves. I wonder if this was Natasha's version of that?

The Dior one is universally flattering because it doesn’t pull as cool as the Natasha one, the Natasha one almost makes Morgan look grey. The Dior one is definitely more warm
The blush is the new cold girl shade doing the rounds. I have it in a Viseart Blush palette. I am a medium tan neutral undertone and it works on me xxx

I am really excited about this! As a very cool toned girl, I can't wait to try the blush, I just wish the highlight was more of a pink as well. Because of my tone, there are very few ND eyeshadows and no blush of hers that I can wear.
Idk…. It just depends on the person, I suppose. I don’t wear this type of look enough to justify spending $75 to achieve it. I could probably find similar products in my collection. I have a substantial sized collection. Not everyone has as many makeup products to choose from to create these lovely looks. Thanks for reviewing this palette. I'm from the UK and really wanted it, but they quickly took it down so I wasn't able to get it. Apparently it was not sold out, it was just taken down due to an accidental leak from what I heard. I love pink so am keen on this, although I saw Charlotte Holdcrofts, review of it which was more negative of this palette, especially the blush so am unsure. I have the glam face light palette which I love, although this palette seems to be just for those with fair skin tones.
The blush is really light I’ll have to mix it with deeper blush’s to make it work
I have a similar color blush from a different brand that I use even my medium-ish yellow undertone skin and it can actually work, I think maybe it clashes with your lip in this video but if you use this blush with minimal makeup sheered out it's gonna look like a pinky glow on the cheeks for sure 😊

I'm not quite sure who that blush is supposed to be for? You would think that if she was going to scale down and make one face palette, she would go for a more appealing color for more skin tones. The highlight and shadows are pretty but isn't worth it if the blush is unflattering.
It's definitely a great colour on people with light cool toned complexions, but that leaves out a lot of people. I don't really like these types of pallets because there's no way you can make a universally flattering face pallet. I love cool toned pink blushes like this, but I probably wouldn't touch the highlighter. The fair thing to do here would be to make 3 pinky leaning pallets in this format, but meant for different skin tones.
@@stickshiftsteph9968 It would've been a great idea to create several versions, a cool-toned one included, as those are really non-existent, especially when it comes to complexion products. But it's ND, who am I kidding.. Tbh I'm surprised she even created that blush shade (the only thing that would work for me in this palette), but just throwing it in with a bunch of warm, reddish pinks is not very thought through.
I'm curious too. My skin tone is the whitest white. I'm hoping to receive my pallette soon then I'll do a review. We'll see.
I'm surprised since the Glam Face Palette in Dark is so flattering on me. It’s rare I can use every color/product in a face palette. With this the one, I would be wasting money.
It's for a fair and cool toned complexion. I wish she would release 3 at a time with complexion variation.
Just went thru all my makeup and it’s an easy pass for vm E on this palette .. don’t like how the other palette dried up so fast so I don’t feel like wasting another 90 or so Canadian to get this or whatever it will be .. thank you for reviewing for us thou❤❤

ND’s best cream blush is the bloom palette and the glow cream base in the original love face palette. That formula is so good and I wish she would make more colors with that formula.

I watched Charlotte holcrofts video and it’s like she got a completely different palette the s yours. You could see her finger print in the blush and you could see how patchy the dark purple shade was on her eye when she was blending it out. But with yours it was totally different experience. Charlotte also said she paid the same for this palette as she did the glam face face palette so maybe it was just more on this site for US orders. I’m hoping since that site messed up she comes out with it sooner then whenever she was planning.

Hi Morgan! Just a quick pronunciation suggestion to prevent that quick puzzlement that I had (though I could be mistaken, perhaps it's a regional thing): Sometimes you say what sounds like "defer" (dih-FUR) when I reckon you must mean "differ" (DIF-er) ~10:25; not a big deal, just a bemusing interpretation if one initially hears "defer".
Looking at the palette I think its beautiful and perfect if your someone who loves some pink. But as a medium in winter and absolutely naturally tan person in the summer I don’t think that pink blush is gonna be inclusive across the board especially if there isn’t gonna be more than one option. Which I get it’s a valentines palette right but it still could have been in options for all skintones. Anyways thank you Morgan adore you ❤❤❤

I am a balance of pink & peach or neutral looks good on me too... Nonetheless; its a beautiful pallet ! I hope it sells well. Until your next review!

I love how your look turned out. I want to pick this one up because I'm very fair skinned so the blush would work for me. I'm hoping it's released soon, it's kind of odd that it hasn't already been released in the sense that most people who order the palette aren't going to get it by valentines day, the pat mcgrath valentines collection launched at a more appropriate time to actually receive the product by valentines day.

I love the affinity color but when you first swiped it more so. It looked lighter compared to the mini love palette. Now mini love is on my list.
If she would have made the blushes, highlights, and shadows interchangeable like her larger eyeshadow palletes I would buy them all. But... here we are. Stuck. I love giddy and Juliette together and I sent like pink eyeshadows!
Being really pale, that palette is appealing to me apart from the highlighter I think.
I think for me, it would be better to have the duo and the mini love palette.

That *BLUSH* , oh dear!🤦🏻♀️ On my MAC Pro Longwear Nourishing foundation shade self that ranges between NW30-35, or Fenty Profilt'r Hydrating Foundation 260, this either: A.) Wouldn't even show up, or B.) Look like I took a powdered donut to my face!

So I just tried my palette and I agree that the blush is so much creamier but this isn’t a flattering color on me either lol rest of the palette is a hit!
I love this format for the combo palettes but the color story is not for someone that already owns any of her previous Valentines collections unless you are obsessed and have hit pan in them lol If I didn’t have any of her Valentines eyeshadows I would be tempted! Love the swappable eye shades :)

How does the size of the eyeshadows compare to the glam face palettes? Since they pop out, I'm wondering if they're the same size as her midi palette shades. The other glam face palettes have less grams in the eyeshadows than the midi shades do!

The cheeck looks good for winter out on the snow is winter so totally can see why she would do that .I like it especially if you have ice highlights that look like a baby blue ice very lightly.
I am still on the fence. I basically want this for the sparkly shimmer. Probably would be insane to buy it only for that reason, the pink mattes are not my favorite but I don’t mind them. The blush however, that color is stuff of nightmares for me 🙈 it makes me think of all the makeup I saw in the 90s with the fuchsia cheeks and lips 😱

Please do a longer one when you have had time to play with it. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m starting to have doubts. It does appear like the seller released early and was told to stop because another RUclipsr got hers, one of products was broken and they replaced it and they replaced it after they said they were sold out. So far I’m hearing mixed reviews. The other person is saying colors only work for fair light/medium but that would be you and that blush doesn’t work on you. She also thought blush picked up her foundation and didn’t like it. She also didn’t like the purple color shadow. Thought it was hard to blend. Actually I think I would like the shimmer because it seems to tone things down a little.
PS Morgan I don’t know why you didn’t return the one with the dried out blush. Mine wasn’t that way and I have both shades. Funny I got the darker one after watching you demo it. I’m a little darker than you so I decided if it worked on you I could make it work.

The brush reminds me of the jaclyn Hill lilac one or the pat mc grath venusian sunrise. I'd love to see this palette swatched with the glam face palette to compare the face products and the depth

I was definitely a little interested but not now, I think I would have to skip. I made my goal to only buy palettes that wow me and watch reviews for sure. I have skipped several ND and Pat releases. I used to buy everything without thinking, not anymore.

I don’t think that color of blush was unflattering at all, but I guess it could be different in person. Nevertheless, I like that the blush is not fully pink and instead a more unique color, and would have prefer a second shimmer, so i kinda like the palette a bit more after seeing this review 🤷🏻♀️

Great review once again. And I agree, the top portion could use another blush and flush the 2 others to each edge. Then NO ONE can say they’re OCD about the misaligned edges. 😂 And I’m so glad she made the pans magnetized this time. I wish she had done that from the very inception. And I hope she starts doing that with her baby palettes too. Also, I do wish she had one more shimmer/glitter in the palette instead of only one. The Pepto Bismal blush totally reminds me of my very much loved and panned Dior Addict ~ now famous once again ~ Rosy Glow blush. 🤔
Do I need this face palette? No. BUT BUT they’re SO convenient! And it’s pink!! AND an all pink leaning face palette?! My dream!! Though I do look forward to seeing Natasha come out with less monochromatic face palettes and put a little bit of contrasting eye colors in them too. 😉💖🌸🌷🎀
