It definitely is a lot warmer than I was expecting….I planned on picking this up, but after watching this review I think I will hold off. I feel like between my ND Glam, Bronze & Love palette I could get any look I could create with this palette (minus that trio chrome shade). It is a beautiful palette, don’t get me wrong, but not quite what I anticipated. I was really hoping it was more on the cool side.
Yeah same. It's a bit too...I don't know, too red-coral-orange? For me, it's a bit too warm and a bit too many similar tones. I actually might try the Sigma New Mod instead if I want rosy tones, but I do however love the multichrome shadow in here!
Yes. I agree as well. I also prefer cool tones. The brown shades in this palette are beautiful, but I may pass on this one. I could probably find all the brown tones I need in the other palettes I own.

Same. And unfortunately Natasha's color stories are always repetative, like alone in this palette we have again a few similar shades, its just not a well rounded palette that it could have been. Also I get it that its her dream palette - thats fine but it doesnt meant everyone will like it. Id rather do a palette with great options that most people would like, with better depth and shades choices.
I feel like this palette would be a good palette for those who don't have many of her palettes because you seem to get a variety of colors and formulas and it's like a mix of some her palettes already. I do like it myself. Don't have many of her products and might pick this up.
I do appreciate this review. Now that I can see the true colours in the palette, they are way warmer than I expected and I can happily pass on this.

I love this palette. Natasha is the brand I go to for the best colour stories and she came through for warm dark skin tone girls with this palette because I had to pass on both glam and retro. I am looking forward to see her multi chrome which reminds me of mothership DRII, which I have (not complaining). I am getting this, no question asked.
Have you tried the Patrick Ta rose palette. I just purchased it, but wondering if I should return it once it gets in and get this ND Dream Pallete
I'm debating on whether or not to get it. I agree, this is something us brown folks can wear. I passed, too, on Retro and Glam. I prefer warm tones and this new palette leans that way.
@@DionLuvsMakeup I think this is a lovely palette. If it does not inconvenience you I would say get it. There are few palettes made with us in mind so when they exist I try to purchase them.
@@Fallenangle9 no I did not purchase Patrick Ta’s palette. I was not sure his shadows would work on my warm tone dark skin and since I don’t live in the US and return is not an option I purchase mainly from brands that I know delivers for dark skin tone. Natasha does so on most occasions
I am purchasing this one. This one I fell will suit my skin tone better.
I ordered this before I saw a review.. I have to say, I'm disappointed. The pictures looked cooler, maybe taupes and purples. I was so excited! This is just another warm palette, we've seen before. I love Natasha and I'm really disappointed. I wish brands would pay closer attention to their promotion pictures. I've been let down so many times.
Looooove this! Modern renaissance was a bust on deeper skin tones so this is perfect for us. Beautiful warm tones!

I have held out for SO long in buying a Natasha Denona palette. Each one so far has been close to right for me, but not perfect, until this one. Everyone I’ve seen that expresses disinterest in this release already has multiple ND palettes. So I have absolutely no reason not to be excited and thrilled about receiving my order of this one in the mail. Yippee!! Thanks for a great video on it!

I saw some people say that it looks like Pat’s DR 1 and DR 2 together. I know it’s not the exact same but the shades and looks I’m drawn to I can get from those palettes and at these price points, I just need to use what I have and not repeat them as much as I can. Thank you for this review! I’ll save my money and see what comes out for the holidays

I actually really love the packaging! I think its the thing I am drawn to most about this collection ... its that matte soft touch like the biba pallette.. gorgeous gorgeous 😍
Definitely more warm which I’m happy about because cool tone is just not my speed so I love this ! A good mix of warm and hits of cool tone 😍

The My Dream Palette is like the combinations of Love, Retro, and Bronze Palette
ND does those terracotta neutrals perfectly. I feel I have similar of hers already, but will probably pick this up for the holidays if she doesn’t release anything else.

It's very strange that they have misspelled 'spontaneous' on the bottom row! I wonder if that will change, it was on Natasha's RUclips demos as well! What an oversight, especially for the price!

I feel like this is actually a hybrid of love and bronze. Or like a younger sister to star. Star is very elegant, it's a beautiful palette
This palette looks like it's amazing quality! I don't really like the colour story though, the warm tones on the right side aren't my cup of tea and the ones I like on the left are too similar to the retro that I already have, apart from the multichrome but I prefer indie for those kind of shades.

I know people wanted this palette to be as cool toned as the teaser photos, and I totally get it, I also loved the idea of the cool plum purpley berry palette… but I actually really love the mix of cool/warm, I love peachy/almost orangey shades with purples/berries. I have the Glam palette and was going to get Retro in the near future probably, but I am thinking this might be even better.. more variety compared to the looks I could make with Retro. Side note-Even the way these shades blend out while you’re using them in the video it is so effortless, Natasha has some stunning formulas!
I've been waiting for this all day! Supernova and Serenity are very close when I swatch them side by side. Intervention looks like it's from bronze.
Love your review and your looks. I like that this is a warmer color story, it's my preference. I love her cream-to-powder and creamy matte formula. I love the deeper shades in this palette. My only concern is if the shimmer tan and pinks shades will show up on my complexion, BUT I can always top them over the black or deep purple.

Wow! I have no interest in buying this but you ROCKED THAT FINAL LOOK! GORGEOUS!!! The colors are very similar to alot of my other "high-end" palettes like ND's other palettes and some of my Pat McGrath and even some affordable like ColourPop....but I am happy for the ND fans 😉
Unpopular opinion, don’t come for me. I hate this palette. Online it looked cool toned, but in this video, it looks like Sunset meets Retro. Just more reds/burgundy/coral warm tones. I’ve been over that colour story since 2016 😂😂😂.
I agree the swatches look a lot more warm-toned and brown/bronze than the photos she released initially.

Hi Morgan, I only ordered the palette. I preordered it and they told me it will get to me today the 8th & I got it yesterday morning. I wasn’t home. But I was so excited I couldn’t wait to get home. I also didn’t think it looked like Retro. That palette is more on the pinky side & the Dream is more purple, mauve shade. But using both together is going to give you some pretty beautiful looks. Interesting packaging. My dreams while not full on nightmares are mostly a bit dark or scary (when I am dreaming I am not sure of what is scary) so the black splotches reminds of that and I immediately thought it was perfect rendition of what my ‘dreams’ are when I first saw it
the plum colors make your eye color pop. It looks really good!

Definitely this is the palette I was waiting for. I didn't buy the sunrise or the retro palette, and wanted the divine rose from PML, but this looks like a good alternative to all those palettes even if they're not that similar.
I emailed Natasha Deanna customer service about not having received a shipping email from the preorder. They did respond quickly and I got a shipping email right after that. Your looks are beautiful!

I agree with a lot of other posters. I was interested in the palette when I saw the pics and it looked cooler tones. In reality, it’s warmer and I am not going to get it. This is why I am glad I didn’t preorder it.

Yup. I have enough warm-toned palettes to last a lifetime (mix of Viseart and ND) but am still looking for a good neutral to cool-toned palette that isn't just grays/taupes. (ND Glam, I'm looking at you, especially considering at least half of that palette really falls into the neutral-warm area). Viseart has some nice options, but even their cool stuff tends to lean warm and they don't do the mixes of mattes and shimmers nearly as well as ND.
I guarantee on the eye the colors from glam & retro would look exactly the same. I also think that the Dream palette has too many colors that look similar to each other (for me an issue w ND). This is just another $$ grab. I’m still waiting for what Retro SHOULD HAVE been

Great review, Morgan! You have a way of making makeup application seem so effortless! I agree with you that this palette looks like an extension of the Retro palette, and I was quite amazed at how different the colors are. This would be much too bright for what I would wear, but I think the colors look beautiful on you. My favorite, of course, is the multichrome, but it’s really similar to Pat McGrath’s sextraterrestrial shadow, which I have.
My cheek trio arrived pulverized!!!!! I got it all full collex today. I already got a new cheek trio reordered.
Loved the video, thanks so much dear Morgan, and the last look you made is also so super gorgeous!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩Having quite some palettes form Natasha, and almost all palettes from Pat, and a few from Sydney Grace: i do not use these palettes that much the last 1.5 years, my eyes became more sensitive, and that has nothing to do with these creative brands, but my age i also think, 52 now. And i loved to see this, as the palette is much more bold than i thought, quite pink and orange, and than the black shadow. I also did not buy PMG palette 10 anymore, because i want to use what i buy. Not stopping to use these palettes now and than, but not a lot of new will be added to my collection. I love more like Suqqu, Chantecaille, TF, Dior etc now more and more. And love my new CT Sunlit cream shadow, not the same as a duo/mulit chrome from these brands, but also so beautiful!!! But loving makeup so much, and the creativity of Natasha Denona, i love to watch this, of course!!! The palette is more bold than i thought, so for my liking, a no. I have enough makeup from Natasha, but this is really beautiful, and also the packaging i love!!! Thanks for another wonderful and very good review and enjoy your day Morgan!!!😘😘😘😘
Finally someone compared the multichrome shade with the one in Divine Rose 2 from Pat Mcgrath. I already have the divine rose and honestly think the Natasha Denona palette is a dupe, way to similar.
It’s warmer than the PR photos but I’m not mad about that. Can’t wait to receive mine.

I can't wait until this comes to the UK! It looks sp gorgeous, the colour story is right up my alley with a mix of cool tones and pinks. The Glam palette has been my favourite for ages but this new one might overtake it
This is such a gorgeous palette! I really hope I'll be able to get my hands on it at some point, but unfortunately I'm on a makeup buying break for the foreseeable future due to undergoing chemo and needing to save my money for the medical bills. In the meantime, I'm indulging my love for makeup by watching makeup reviews and tutorials on RUclips. LOL

Yay, it's finally here!!! Needed your take on this palette. I think I'm happy just seeing you play with this palette so I will pass on this because I feel like I already have a lot of these shades. Even the multi-chrome shades reminds me of the shade in her Triochrome palette, which I already own. And I just bought some PMG Mothership palettes during their Labor Day sale so...yeah
Wow!! These shades are really working for you! Your eyes look gorgeous. I’m not a big pink person so I passed on Love and Retro which were a little too pinky/pastel for me but I am in love with The Dream palette. Its definitely a bit more fun, interesting and a little more moody than the others. Thanks for the ideas and can’t wait until mine comes in.

I really want to add another ND palette to my collection, but I need it all at this price point and this doesn’t provide the wearable looks I need in my daily life. Hopefully her next palette can have the fun shades with some lighter matte shades and more matte transition shades to make it more comprehensive and versatile.

I have the Glam and the Bronze palette. I thought about buying this, but between those two and other palettes I have I pretty much have these colors.
