    You are such a good seamstress and teacher. Thank you for sharing all your tips.....so helpful! I did some knit sewing about 30 years ago. You are giving me wonderful instructions and confidence to work with knits again, (after years of quilting). Thank you!

    Absolutely love your pattern hack for this one. I originally bypassed this pattern because I didn’t like the waist. Didn’t know there was an additional waistband now. Love it as a summer top!

    Your changes were so helpful! I have some fabric that I think would work well for pattern in a shirt version. I already had this pattern, but hadn't thought of using it this way. Thanks so much for sharing this!

    I avoid crossover patterns because the gaping at the front always spoilt the look. At last you have solved the problem and I can’t wait to do your version, thank you soooo much for sharing 🥰🌹

    Last year I still doubted it and didn't buy it during the sale. What can I say, I was annoyed afterwards. And somehow this pattern was always in the back of my mind. Now I saw today that it's available again and I bought it right away. With your link, of course. Thank you for your great video! It's nice to be able to support you like this. 😻

    Love this. The hem band makes this far more attractive than the elastic bottom and I think the band you added around the neckline is so nice.. I did buy this through your link- I’m new to sewing knits so this will be a perfect learning project. Thanks!

    Love your style. I made the original pattern, but thought it was a little short for my figure, so I was super excited to see they added the hem band. I love your thought about the neck band, going to copy that look only with long sleeves (winter in Michigan). This will be a perfect alternative to my tee shirt staple. Also can see me making the short sleeve version this summer.

    Love the fabric and the top it fits you perfectly you have made such a good job of the alterations very clever.Do you have any tutorials for altering a slashed neck so that you don’t see a bra strap I am making the Zoe dress and some ladies have said the neck is a bit wide hope you don’t mind me asking.😀

    • @LiftingPinsandNeedles

      What brand is the Zoe dress you mention?

    • @susankidd9963
      @susankidd9963 4 года назад +1

      Lifting Pins and Needles The Zoe dress is by Simple Sew it is the first pattern my husband and I successfully printed off😂 I could wear it with a fine top underneath in the winter but I think it would make a nice easy dress for summer but I hate it when wide necks go to one side and show the bra strap especially when you are an old girl ha ha.x

    Thankyou Karina, if I wanted more coverage on the front, I’m quite busty. How would I extend it a little more than what you have and still make the top and bottom bits still match up. X

    • @LiftingPinsandNeedles
      @LiftingPinsandNeedles  2 года назад +1

      I’d just extend the crossover to reach the whole side seam. The full bust option would cross over more anyway. Mine is the regular bust option.
