  • Brighton’s “evil” game plan under owner Tony Bloom has turned the club into one of the most efficient talent machines in football. This video explores Brighton’s strategic approach to picking up talented players and how their new manager, Fabian Hurzeler, despite being the youngest in the Premier League, is leading the charge like a beast. We dive into how Tony Bloom’s data-driven methods and Hurzeler’s tactical genius are helping Brighton outperform bigger clubs, and why this combination is making Brighton a dangerous force in the Premier League.

Brighton has been one of those teams that have had a suprising run this season and last, they are deservedly better than UTD

The thing that keeps us Brighton supporters optimistic for the sustainability of the project is that other clubs cannot poach the most crucial component, which is Tony Bloom.

Tony Bloom is the kind of owner who doesn't buy clubs because he can but because he has a passion for football.

It’ll be interesting to see if Brighton can continue their success, Oakland A’s were successful until other clubs caught up. Now the Oakland A’s are on the verge of bankruptcy and are leaving Oakland.

@@seanlow2033 will be interesting to see. Football is constantly evolving in every aspect and it’s tough for small clubs to keep up. But if it was to be anyone to guide Brighton through it I’m glad it’s Bloom.

This channel is uploading class content and I am surprised you don't have more subscribers!
(I feel like Brighton scouts discovering this channel)

Fyi Southampton failed because their new owners tried to move away from the development model and make bigger money signings; which ultimately didn't work out.

My family friend Dave something but we just call him ginge works there as a field person and he says after every game Fabian Hurzler gets squad and tells them everything they need to improve on for next game but he shows them so they analyse the match and train with it

Brighton and Atalanta are the two clubs who weren't killing it a decade ago that I hope will keep punching above their weight.
Also I want to know how Gyokeres fell through their cracks. He was already there!

He just wasn't good enough at the time to displace anyone in his position. He was looking great but if there's no space there's no space. Had to let him go.

Yeah he played a few times but wasn’t good enough. Most players have potential but what’s to say that he would’ve unlocked his potential if he stayed at Brighton instead of moving away. Same goes for undav tbh.

I was there that day in the away end. Such a bizarre and intense occasion. One of the very worst games of football and yet it brought me arguably my happiest memory following the club. I’m sorry for how things worked out for your club. At least you got a little redemption when you stuck it to us in the cup shortly after. Fine margins, eh? What would our respective paths had been if you’d stuck away that one-on-one in the last couple of minutes?
