Right now I have a problem with my truck is a frontier 2022 but for reasons for work o dont use my truck 3 weeks or 1 month so when a return to my house my truck no want to start because the battery is dead. This solar panel fix my problem leaving this 3 or 4 weeks running and no problem ??
This solar panel is a trickle charge system meaning it will maintain a charge of the battery so you will need to charge up that battery first and then hook up the panel to maintain it from losing the charge.
Was hoping this would be something I could use to help charge a portable battery charger if happen to be stuck somewhere in daylight and car battery dies but have a feeling this won't be enough. Guess I should just continue to make sure the portable jump starter is charged every so often while at home. Can anyone confirm?
@@annettetozer894 You could but it will take a long time depending on your battery jump starter? And not a charger? I’m assuming? What I do with my jump starter is use the cigarette lighter charge cable to keep it topped off while driving around and not over charge it and use this solar charger to keep the car battery topped off.

Can i directly plug in car cigar connection to charge? Is it safe for car circuit?
I wonder if you connect the solar cell when dark, what is your leaking current? If its like several mA, then not worth it.

Bought a 30watt version from the same company. Didn't work out of the box sent it back. They don't have a good track record with the controller.
Mine works flawlessly. I’m actually impressed so far. Fully charged my van battery so it now charges up the trailer battery.

Yes you can. You will need to parallel connect the two batteries together.
