For those who don't know fungreek is also very good for cystic acne, i tried it myself first it cause cysts to came out under the skin and then it dried it out .
@@shilpisharma4133 yeah sure why not, so first you have to boil 2 spoon of fungreek in one cup of water and boil it for 20 minutes then leave it for overnight, in morning blend it make a mixture and apply it on your face for 30 minutes.

I would just like to share one more method which helped me. If you don't have time to soak the seeds overnight, you can just dry roast the seeds and then grind it. To that,add coconut oil and heat it on a double boiler. Apply the mask on your hair and leave it on for 30mins. It will make a difference right after the first wash. 😊

I either add few drops of jasmine or lavender essential oil to my hair mask or hair oil. And also after I shampoo and condition my hair i either use a vinegar or coffee hair rinse to get rid of the smell. 💕 Thank you.

But since 2 years, I can see some bald spots with severe hair thinning and hairfall.. For regular hair oil use, I'm using oil prepared from coconut oil+hibiscus+amla+neem.. I have been using this since one year.. now I'm planning to stop using chemical shampoo and conditioner and prepare my own shampoo using amla+reetha+shikakai and flax seed(or methi) .. Now I have hairfall, hair thinning ,receeding hair line and bald spots.. I want to cure all these.. So whether I must use onion juice or curry leaves juice 3 hours before head bath.. Or castor oil+coconut oil Or Castor oil+Rosemary oil I want to regrow my hair in bald spots and hair line as well as treat hairfall and hair thinning issues. I want permanent solution.. Pls help
