Awesome! I love how you kept it simple and real, people sometimes forget that we learn from our mistakes, let it happen, don't give up because someone else says it's not right. Bread is bread, some days it's better than others but breaking bread with someone will always be a blessing.

I hope you weren’t upset with my last comment. Probably should have said that I can’t even get a good starter going. But I wanted to tell you the turkey tortilla soup was fabulous! Got a total of 21 quarts of turkey meals out of 24 cups of turkey for $8

@@steadfastselectionsrenee5869 it was certainly difficult for holiday cooking. I used big roasters for that. My little toaster oven served me well. I certainly made miracles work!!
Awesome job after it's been so long girl! I gotta try the loaf bread recipe I found. I'm just not a massive fan of the hard crust, but I love the flavor. I like a soft bread. I'm weird like that lol. ❤

I’m new to sourdough. I watched another RUclipsr say that her ancestors didn’t use gram measurements and she did not either. I’m going to take your advice on measurements. Can I assume that you’re using unbleached AP flour? I have my starter but still haven’t make a loaf. I hope to soon with your encouragement. Thank you for the video.
You got this!! Even when it doesn’t look perfect or as easy as others make it look- it all turns out in the end!!
I have always used just regular bleached AP flour. Even for my starters. Never had any issues. Just dive in and make a loaf! The best way to get started- is to get started! You can do it 😊
