As an Aussie 99% is pretty legit. “Wata” yes. I literally said water to myself. I have to try to sound like American’s say it. We don’t really emphasise any of the letters.
“Noer” I don’t think is as normal. We can all say no. But I think that’s when we do emphasise the word.
To me she just sounds Aussie. So I don’t think she ever exaggerates. It’s just depends on what you are saying and the context. Before anyone comments I know her background. But most of her learning English was in Australia.
