Stepping into 2025 with a new mindset. My 2024 was hell and the lowest point was the day my husband decided to leave this life with no warning. It’s been 6 months now and I’ve been living in a tomb in my bed. Yesterday was a turning point for me and I decided that only I could turn things around. So I’m making a plan, setting goals (small they may be) and intend to turn my life back towards the living. I have long term medical issues that can’t be cured but I can certainly do more to lessen the pain. Catch up with me in a month to see if I actually do it. Maybe you’ll be at the same place in a month TRM as well. Prayers for a much better year. 🙏🏻 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 😊

But knowing I would be alone this year I made sure to save a bunch of your videos to enjoy.🖤 I must tell you thank you very much for the company it has helped me incredibly, I don't mind being alone but when the stings of feeling lonely start to creep in , the few communities ( like 98 percent of said communities has ren as the common denominator lol) I am lucky to be a part of, always finds another part of my soul to heal. Totally agree. Every day is a constant battle with pain and other diseases. I lost my faith saying “why me?” But I now need my faith. I love this song. Even had a tshirt made saying “pain is my shepherd, my sword and my shield “. Thanks for this one RJ ❤
I think the juxtaposition of an uplifting beat and gritty lyrics is a reflection of the thing so many people with chronic illnesses hear: "you don't look sick". On the surface it's not always obvious what's really going on, even when people are trying to tell you.
Keep being yourself. We all question ourselves and everything around us. I believe when you’ve struggled either physically or mentally at a severe level, it makes you more open to deeper feelings. Ren is not afraid to express every emotion and thoughts so we can all learn to be more open. Wishing you all the best for the upcoming year x

I could be wrong, but I believe amphetamine usually is E345 as opposed to just 345. 345 can be Valium (diazepam) but those tablets are yellow. There’s also AZ 345.. and Watson 345. New subber here. I can relate to Ren's music so much. I've been my husband's caregiver for 50 years. He has three autoimmune illnesses, which are Guillain Barre Syndrome, Lyme Disease, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Seeing him go through so much physical pain daily has left me with severe PTSD, anxiety, and depression with thoughts of deleting myself. Three things that are stopping me from doing that is that my husband needs me, and I had a younger brother who took his life and it was absolutely devastating. I don't want to put my family through that hell again. Ren is the third reason because he has saved my life through his music. Hope you have a very Happy New Year!
its funny regarding faith, i have faith in people , obviously let down on numerous times like german market driving man etc etc etc, but as for the othere faith, i was sent to sunday school as a youngster and i believe it changed my life. i was suddenly free of it. i was asked to leave for ever when i questioned what i saw as obvious flaws in the story. anyway, you and others like you doing these reactions makes my day. your pauses are perfect, because i believe we all do it when we first watch a ren video. because his talent is stupid. i honestly think he could read a phone book/yellow pages and make it interesting.
