⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 木瓜雪耳西螺片施骨湯 材料: 紅肉木瓜一個 雪耳(大)一個(預先清水浸軟) 紅腰豆20克 蜜棗3粒 杞子5克 西施骨12兩 螺片一塊 處理: 1. 螺片及紅腰豆,清水浸。 2. 洗乾淨煲。 3. 大火煲滾清水一升,放西施骨,水再次滾起,清水洗乾淨,放煲內。 4. 木瓜,去皮,清水洗乾淨, 一開二 ,去籽,洗乾淨,放煲內。 5. 雪耳,清水洗乾淨,切細舊,揸乾水,放煲內。 6. 紅腰豆,清水洗乾淨,放煲內。 7. 蜜棗,清水洗乾淨,放煲內。 8. 螺片,剪細塊,放煲內。 9. 在煲內加入清水至容量3升。 烹調: 1. 湯,大火滾起,轉中慢火,煲一小時。 2. 湯已煲了一小時,熄火,焗一小時或以上。 3. 湯,開大火滾起。 4. 杞子,清水洗乾淨,放煲內,大火滾起。 5. 完成,可享用。 Pork bones soup with snow fungus and papaya Ingredients: Papaya 1 No. Snow fungus (large) 1 No. (Soak well in advance) Red kidney beans 20g Candied dates 3 Nos. Put the pork in it. Water boils up again, rinse thoroughly. Put in the pot. 4. Papaya, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Divide it into 2 shares. Remove seeds. Rinse with tap water. Put in the pot. 5. The fungus, rinse with tap water. Cut in small pieces. Squeeze it. Put in the pot. 6. The beans, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot. 7. The dates, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot. 8. The whelks, cut in small pieces. Put in the pot. 9. Add in tap water up to the volume of 3L. Steps: 1. The soup, heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for an hour. 2. The soup has been boiled for an hour, turn off fire and leave it for an hour or more. 3. The soup, heat up at high flame. 4. Wolfberries, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot. Heat up at high flame. 5. Complete. Serve.
