What a great song from a great album. This acoustic rendition is just terrific. This man and his mates have given us so much wonderful music that appeals to the heart and mind. I watched an interview with a comedian who was a fan of Bruce Springsteen. He met and was able to have a conversation with Springsteen, and the comedian asked how he came up with some of his interesting lyrics. Springsteen answered that he just wanted to write some songs that he wouldn't be embarrassed to be singing when he was fifty years old. I went to a lyrics site and started reading lyrics from Springsteen's early records, and he was right that he wasn't going to be able to perform his work if he didn't start writing something different. Compare that to the body of work by Justin Hayward and the Moody Blues and the wisdom they possessed as young men to decide that their music would be different. Thank you Justin (and all of the Moodies) for sharing your music and talent with us. I look forward to hearing anything that you want to share with us in the future, and I am sincerely grateful for having your music in my life.

That line "Time - it heals" stuck with me and became a comforting mantra as I was going through a hard time in life leaving an abusive boyfriend. I wish Justin could find it in his heart to say hello to my father. He was born 1949 and was the first person in Sweden to order Days of future passed from a big record-store in Stockholm in the 60's. After that Moody Blues have been the constant in our family. Every record without exeption bought. Still playing to this day and his childrens childrens children (!) are listeing to them also. Cheers from Sweden. His name is Thomas Larson - Stark.

It is though Justin has been next to me as I have gone through my life without the only woman I have ever loved; the mother of our two children. I have longed for her presence for over 40 years and I hope that when I get to "Eternity Road", I will be able to complete my journey with her by my side again. Because Justin's voice is beautiful and I love how he writes, I really pay attention to the words, and like reading a romance book, one feels for the characters in the song like this song, especially for the woman he left behind. In the song, i wonder why they separated. This song is sad. Is it he that goes away due to say touring and involved with the band and/or song writing....his music? This song sort of is a spin-off off from The Actor where he tells his love: Oh Darling you are all I see. Oh Darling you are a part of me. The Actor is assuring his love that she is all he sees, wants, and loves even though he is on the road. That is truly romantic and grabs at one's heart, but my heart, mind and soul would hate being separated from the man I love. I have gotten to appreciate acoustics and the beautiful music which comes from Justin's playing. It is just Justin and his strumming on his guitar. One needs nothing else.
