I don't know.... To test that I'll have to open it and this will lead to Warranty Violation. I guess you gotta use Trial & Error method here. The correct direction for will throw air from the front side of the blower where the heating coil is located.

As it is a budget room heater, it doesn't have an auto cut feature. I have used it for 5-6 hrs continuously then it needs to be cooled down for 10 minutes. Powered consumption will be same as any 2000w room Heater if we compare a 2000w PTC room Heater.
If it would have been more efficient then power rating would have been lower than a budget room Heater.
