Direwolves and Starks -- just before the Red Wedding, Grey Wind was suspicious of one of Jayne Westerling's relatives and he turned out to be right, but Robb was oblivious. More likely Summer was picking up on Tyrion's emotions

It says in AGOT that Hodor is the son of Nan's son's son, who went off to fight (I can't remember what war) with the Starks, and died. So Hodor is Nan's great-grandson. I don't remember the details word for word and I'm too lazy to look it up, but it does say this. ♥️

I think Tyrion will also design a saddle for Dany. In the books she has only rode Drogon once so far, but if she is going to be riding into battle like she did on the show she will need a saddle. Her Targ anncestors had saddles so it makes sense that she will too. Tyrion seems like the perfect person to help out in this situation given that he has already designed one for Bran.
I see that this is 2 years ago, but on house of the Dragon all the dragon riders have saddles on their dragons!

Speaking about GRRM writing about hive-minded races, he did write aboout those in many of his Sci-Fi books, and they all seem to want to conquer and/or control humanity.
Also, I think the First Men violated the Pact and kept expanding all over Westeros. The Children were supposed to have the deep woods and yet we have places like Deepwood Motte being human settlements. There was one of the Children (I think it was Leaf) who told Bran that humans created a world where there was no place for the Children due to their mass expansion.

George’s writing is absolutely perfect. Every singe chapter has a perfect ending, the names, characters. Literally everything is crafted with meaning. A Song of Ice and Fire, how amazing is that title. The Winds of Winter. Cant fucking wait, its driving me insane.

The Children had long lives they hardly had any small children. Other Wildlings may have given their sons besides Craster.
@@sophiawilson8696 I've always wondered if Craster wasn't a descendant of the Night's King (not the show, but the legend in the book). I don't have a comprehensive theory or anything, but I found it odd that Old Nan thought the Night's King as potentially being a Stark along with Starks having been part of the Night's watch for centuries. When you mix that in with the power of 'king's blood' and the stories of Targaryen's keeping their bloodline pure through incest, I thought back to Craster's incest with his daughter-wives. But, maybe I'm overthinking things. I always thought Craster offering up sacrifices was unique to him. *shrugs*

I’ve never understood why it would be so scary for the spirits of the Stark lords to wake. In the show when the dead Starks woke and began attacking their own ppl just made no sense. I guess it was the NK controlling them but I still don’t get it. I would think their dead ancestors or the spirits of their ancestors would help them. But Ned worries about this a lot as if his own family spirits would hurt him . I don’t get that. Can anyone explain plz??
I believe "Cold hands" is one of the spirits that got loose from winterfell [rusted away iron sword]

So nice to hear Quinn back with Lady Gray. I want to hear what Old Nan has to say about the comets. How many times has the comet (dragon in the sky) appeared? How does a comet affect the power of magic? Since there has been the longest summer ever known, does it imply the following winter will be the long winter?
Interesting, I never thought about the river escape. I always thought maybe there were secret tunnels from that cave that could help them escape.

How many times has the Others come?
Old Nan said that during the Long Night, the Others came for the FIRST time, implying they came more than once.
I believe the second time was when the Stark of Winterfell and Joruman the King Beyond the Wall joined forces to fight the Night's King and the Horn of Winter was blown for the first time and the dead Starks in the Crypts of Winterfell arose, which was why the crypts were collapsed. I also believe the Wall was not that high at that time for the Lord Commander of that time to see the Ice Priestess? Female Other? to lose his soul to her and for the Starks and the Wildlings (if they were called that at the time) to join forces.
Was there a third time? If so, we will probably find out in a Bran PoV in The Winds of Winter

For people who have not figured this out. I suggest you read about Sumer and Annunaki. Also Great Empire of the Dawn the 3 groups that were made to be slaves to the Gem Stones Emperors.
The Annunaki made the Homosapiens by mix their DNA with the Homoerectus. The Igigi were the younger gods to the Annunaki. The Humans with Annunaki's DNA of royalty were the (Nephilim).
I think they (The Gem Emperors) made the Wargs too by add the children DNA to the humans, the Dragons's Riders the Dragons's DNA by add to humans and the White Walkers by add the Cold of Winter to them?. The people who are humans are now the Dothraki and various of races.

I have question about Bran. In Dany's POV chapter we were told that the Dragon has three heads, we know that Jon and Dany represent two heads, do either of you belive that Bran might be the third head, since the fact that Bran was specifically selected by both CotF and Bloodraven to take mantle as the Last Greenseer/Last Hero, and that the entire prophecy of the three heads of dragon doesn't mean there has to be three Targaryens, but rather three individuals to defeat the Others and end the Long Night?

Will Bran end up with a dragon (using his Greenseer abilities somehow), solidifying his claim to the throne, and fulfilling the prophecy - you won't walk, but you will fly. Then can he use that dragon to fuse the stone and build Storm's End etc to help in the future war for the dawn?
Maybe that horn of WINTER awakens the sleepers...being the dead from under the ground,and makes them thralls...and doesn't bring down the WALL, but calls the dead to rise from the barrowlands.

Robb as Lord of Winterfell (at the moment since Ned + Cat were gone) doesn't even sit the seat.
