The way he engages everyone after the play, before the play.. such an amazing leadership. Full of respect for everyone, never a bad word, always starts with critic with himself. Thats how a leader operates. on top of that hes always funny, quirky... hes never that bitter dude that wants to win no matter the price. He wants to win but he keeps everyone around him positive and is always himself. funny, competetive, focussed and the best teammate, leader and QB in the league. Thanks for beeing here in KC.
