  • The former Wildman Marc Mero sits down for what was meant to be a few minutes but spiraled into nearly an hour of chat going through his WCW career as Johnny B Bad, including talk about facing Brian Pillman in 1995, how Dusty Rhodes created his gimmick and why he ended up leaving WCW due to being paired with DDP's wife, Kimberly.
Exclusive content includes why he decided to change career paths into motivational speaking and probably something else that I've forgotten (I think exclusive content is a bit thin on the ground in this one, sorry!)

*He makes me smile without even saying a word. He seems like such a genuine dude. I always thought Sable was overrated but at least when Mero was with her she was in her "Prime". Love the content!*

The Brawl For All Still Coolest Thing WWF tried even if it didn't work out quite right. They would not show matches as main reason WCW crushed them. You had ads during every match or Cruiser Weights for ten minutes uncut compared to two or three minute Diva matches hehe. Sable is with Brock now but Marc seems pretty positive. I would want her to travel with me all time too. Mero I think is what Rusev calls himself in AEW who has Lana. Guy almost seems like has that Smile stuck on face like tripping on Shrooms. For a tough guy seems really nice hehe. Jim Ross wanted Steve Williams to win so badly only to deny it. Butterbean made popcorn out of their winner ;). Should have been Tough Man no tackles. Really Liked Kimberly and Spice.

No matter what character he played. Johnny B Badd, Wildman or Marvelous he was quite entertaining and gave a great show for the fans. His work now with kids is outstanding. Thanks Marc from a lifelong fan through your whole career!

I saw an interview with Honky. He said he didn't have a contract with WCW and he was getting paid per appearance. He didn't want to lower his value on the independents by doing a bunch of jobs he wasn't getting paid much to do. It didn't sound like it had anything to do with Marc personally.

I recently have been watching RAW from the beginning. Trying to watch Nitro/Raw in tandem. Johnny/Marc Mero always seemed like he would be a giant douche. I was gonna skip this but I'm so glad I watched this and got a whole new perspective on who he is. Such a contagious personality.

Interviewer; "I'm gonna plow straight through."
Thatta' boy. I really wanted to plow through Sable in 1998. Sorry Marc.
