What's the best out of the three methods to equalis very deep?

Valsalva: 10-15m
Frenzel: 25-40m
Mouthfill: 40+ metres (requires flexibility to deal with the pressure)

@@bensl67197 just an add on to Frenzel :) It does add a lot of difficulty.

You basically load the mouthfill before reaching your rv depth and then use cheeks to squeeze the air that you loaded to equalize when there is not enough air to equalize with cheeks you switch to frenzel to have few more eq's with t k h locks
