This kinda little places are great At Korea. I had The fortune to eat At one place like This. It was difficult to find even with The address cause we had to enter in an ally with no name. Once inside, one of The greatest meals ever I had tasted and almost no one knows about it. The worst part, I dont remember The address. If you drop me in Seul, I know how to get there. Lol. This vídeo made me remember how Life has This great moments. Cheers. PS: Maybe my friend that discovered it has The address.
There are a couple of places like that in Boston. They are very difficult to find but the food is amazing. One of the places you actually have to walk down a narrow sidewalk between two buildings then cross a small garden and go down some stairs to find. If you do not know exactly where you are going then there is almost no way to find it.
I found it!!! knowing The neighborhood, I found a picture of The food At trip advisor. Crazy, The first picture I tried and it was The place. It is called Yeji Sikdang. It is in The Myeong dong nighborhood. Close to The Tourist Information Center. The address is Myeong dong 1(il) ga. There is a pizza Hut and a KFC close. (good references for People from US). Once you are At Myeong dong 8gil street, you have to look for an ally. Another references: CAT café and Lucky bag.
Playing around with street view I noticed The other side is better to find The ally. Look for happy lemon and Drop top café. Or Focus Building. The restaurant I ate is not The one At The front. You have to enter The alley.

How do you think of things to comment about in every video you watch?

That big sushi roll looks like a seafood Wellington
Gordon Ramsay could learn from this dude
He's so confident in himself, his business would never go bankrupt.
This guy is amazing, but RIP to his work-life balance.
I don't think he's worked a day in his life, judging by the tone of his commentary!
@@TwoWholeWorms Exactly, Guy's living his life that way he wants
It isn't work if you love it, its just life
It’s not work if you love it.
You don't need to balance your work and life when they're basically the same thing.
Some traditions are nice but I like how he ignores them so more people are able to enjoy sushi at lower prices
@NoName-de1fnIt's funny that you claimed "traditions can't have all the space" and yet the title of this video includes "Korean sushi", which is actually so stupid because gimbap was invented much earlier than sushi. Also, gimbap is traditionally much more flexible than sushi, in terms of variety.
doing this almost every day, wow. mad respect!
Enjoyment of Delicious food is universal. I am happy this Korean Chef is experimenting with the format of Sushi.
いつか素敵なホテルを開けますように!
I love sushi so much and am glad Japan is right next to Korea so that we, Koreans, can easily visit Japan to eat and learn sushi! I hope every political conflict is resolved and be united as Europe and achieve cultural harmony.
ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이분 말투 왜이렇게 밝고 명랑하셔~ㅋㅋ 기분 좋네요!
Respect to chef Park Sangha. I think he'll achieve his dream someday with his work ethics. Wow I've never seen a 'futomaki' before. Looks quite good.
Give us the s0ss
@@leonardoaraujo8364 kamsamnida!
I work incredibly hard and work very long hours in an extremely competitive field and this guy beats me. And he is talented and not crabby even if he is tired and strives to be the best at all times. This is a fantastic documentary and a really well shot and edited piece of journalism, bravo.
What do u di
50000 won = 42.06 usd for his expensive meal?! I would be a regular too.
50000 won for 7 abalones damn that’s a good deal
I don't think he serves all of it at the table for the 6. I'm pretty sure he sells some during the day, cause when he does the shopping it was more than 50 000 won
You have to order one sake per person. It's sort of the rule there so it adds up to 100,000~120,000 won which is about $100USD. It's still a very good price for the quality of the food that he serves.
He probably makes six figures considering Koreans drink a lot and he has so many regulars. I hope he does end up running his own hotel as he wishes :D
Where is this place?
@@devljonas i don't know if i can reveal the address but it's close to Yangcheon-Gu Office station. Making reservation is super difficult here
@@bearthefunnyguy Glad to hear the guy's doing well. Seems like he deserves the success.
Loved his attitude. I’d totally be his regular and he seems like a totally genuine guy
Wonder whether he still have sleeping time when he does it all by himself-kudos to his dedication
Not gonna lie, this guy have a lot of charm. Love his work ethic for sure.
I've seen this video 4 times now. This guy has crazy work ethic yet maintains such a cheerful attitude. I hope I get to eat at his hotel one day!
This guy is the very few that can call this type of life as 'normal'. Respect.
Tony Bourdain would've loved this guy. He deserves a Michelin star.
What a breath of fresh air this man is. I hope he's doing well these days.
This is the side of Korea that should be seen more often.
This guy seems like he's a ton of fun to be around, wish i could be one of his regulars
“But we never have left over alcohol here, we drink it all.” Simply amazing
Soooo humble and hard working. What a lovely person ❤️💯
I'm Japanese who values tradition but this made my stomach grumble ngl
He has great passion and I respect that. Would love to try his sushi
Finally, the algorithm suggests something genuinely interesting
Ah my heart goes out for his liver. The food looked epic.
putting the prices in Won made it look crazyyy expensive lol, for those curious $1 US dollar is around ₩1100 won
He deserves a lot of respect. So much dedication is shown here, its incredible
I've travelled to South Korea and visited that fish market. Absolutely fantastic! I love it! I wanted to eat everything!
WOW I wouldn't be able to make sushi while drinking this amount of Soju xD
yup, i would get so many cuts to my fingers
This is SUCH a good mini-documentary. Absolutely glued.
he had so many drinks, how does he still stay so professional and work so well, what an absolute champ
What a wonderful video. Many thanks for sharing this with us.
This guy is so driven and determined but so genuine and fun at the same time it’s amazing
That guy made me want to go to South Korea now. Great Episode
Where do I apply to be his best friend? I like alcohol side dishes.
no hoes allowed in his turf tho
Mobile Gaming Channel thank god. I hate hoes hanging around my turf
Carla Radames I know right. Deny them hoes
Carla Radames I’m a master roaster. I can give you some free pointers for sure. I’m also good at grilling and baking if you want to join my club. 😬
Carla Radames how’d you know spitroasting was my middle name?
This is 100% my favorite video on this channel. This chef is legendary 👏👏👏
This guy is a genius!!!! He joined the customers in drinking now that's rapport, then he pretends to be a little inebriated and gives tuna on the house, that's connection, he plays with the camera crew now that's showmanship, and lastly he shares his hopes and dreams, now that's emotional tactic to garner support. Bruh, this guy is a mastermind...
Imagine after all this prep, he forgets to make rice.
It'll take 20 minutes meaning he bought himself 20 minutes of much-needed sleep.
My mouth was watering before 1/2 way thru..
Not breaking the rules making the rules... You are a master of masters...
He woke up so early for his business...he's such really hardworking dude
Wow :) He's so down to earth and really wants the best quality at a reasonable price for his customers! Super amazing!!
This chef is so chill and down to earth
