Tube ice is made of drinkable water,and mainly for human consumption.So the steel tube must be of food grade,at least 304 material.All other material on the equipment touching with water must be of 304 or food grade as well.This video will give you some knowledge on evaporator manufacturing to know better of your ice machine equipment.Please enjoy.

Dear friend. thank you for your comment. not every machine has internal plate inside the evaporator. when the machine is 10+ capacity, there is one more plate used to allow pipes to pass through, to make sure all the holes of the plates are in a line to allow pipes to pass through smoothly.

Este es mi numero de guasa .si peudes ayudarme y en señarme sus video todos los tengo Guardado me tiene confundido el sistema de la tobera que debo usar para que el agua vague uno forme menteen la entrada del tubo tengo varias ideas pero comos ustedes son los espero en esto re curo autededes que para mi son mi maestro porque e aprendido mucho con todos lo que as publicado y le estoi eternamente agradecido gracias y que Dios los bendiga y que lede mucha salud

Aqui no Brasil fazemos isso da mesma maneira a única diferença é que soldamos os dois lado do tubo.

Obrigado pelo seu comentário. Este vídeo mostra apenas o processo básico de fabricação do evaporador. Não inclui todos os detalhes de todo o processo. É a parte inferior do vídeo. mas a parte superior deve ser soldada, há água para fazer gelo no tanque superior. caso contrário, o evaporador vaza água.
